I think you should be able to make custom rulesets with users who accept. You would have to directly ask the person first through searching their username, them being online, and them accepting. You would then suggest a ruleset and they would accept or decline. Like other formats all teams...

Anything goes is being spammed by spore users, but think of all the fun sets u could make in doubles battles with mimic and friend guard. This might will bring the most of pokemon and would be really fun. P.S. If possible could we do before sword and shield?
