    After several ranked battles, I'd recommend replacing Damp Rock on Pelliper with the Focus Sash of Frosmoth. Focus Sash allows Pelliper to use Tailwind even if it's struck by a faster pokemon with an electric x4 attack. Contrary to this, the Eject Button may force Pelliper to switch out too...
