I don't think it should either honestly. I don't think that would accomplish anything. Being able to stop almost all setup sweepers without normal typing in their tracks, it's really not broken at all... it can get tanked very easily, baited, disabled and taken advantage of like all the rest...

It's not bad. I've always said it's good. I think Kip is actually fairly strong, despite what the winrates may say, it can cheese out many mons by itself and the priority helps force mons into situations where they HAVE to tank the switch. Teleport would actually be very interesting on Kip...

I'm surprised Adri wasn't on the buff wishlist Honestly, I agree that it's probably a bit excessive. If we're going to apply buffs or nerfs they should be very gradual, and if we're going to hurt prominent defensive boys we should at least give some power to the less prominent defensive mons...

We often see a lot of examples of certain pokémon being too strong or harmful to the meta in some way, but I feel like not enough is said about buffing certain mons which might require something to fully realize their nieche. I'm not used to asking, but what are some mons you think have great...

That could work, honestly though having the strongest sweeper in the game also be a little ball of rock which is impossible to kill is bound to bring salt, especially when said ball of rock needs one turn of setup to win the entire game pretty much.

I've always thought Landfall was a bit too strong and the effect wasn't really ever too well conveyed to new players at a glance. Mons like Hoeen and Blaz seem to be in a weird spot where they're very hard to rebalance without getting their limbs broken in the fall.

It also cannot use the move consecutively without increasing its chance of dying so just switch into something that you don't mind losing and worst case scenario you'll revenge kill it on the next turn

Now for wave 2, my personal favourite. tiki: The addition of so many more support moves make tiki much more dangerous then it previously was. Frail as it may still be, being able to set up various screens and hazards, as well as potentially switching out on the same turn can provide a...

Now that I finally finished playing enough games with all the updated sets, I can finally comment on them one at a time. Notater517: The two changes made to Notater give it some much needed consistency that it had been lacking for a while. Recover now being the preffered set, it's now much...

So I've been meaning to ask this for a while because I thought it might be an interesting point of conversation, especially considering the inspiration for Staff Bros has sort of made a name for itself in introducing new stuff within certain lots of time. Is the cast of 120 Pokémon we have now...

I honestly didn't realize Litt needed a buff but they sure got one. Kip is now at least capable of forcing ONE switch out, at the very least so that's pretty cool. Have yet to check on the others so I don't have a propper opinion on them yet.

Very hard nerf on Andrew, although I'd say pretty deserved. He'll probably be going down a tier or two after this. Aelita will probably keep their tier but just barely, it's definetly a lot easier to take down. But hey, we haven't played the buffs yet, so who knows. Things may be different

I feel like even Gimmick's new set might have an easier time with dealing damage, since it doesn't really want to ever switch, out. Toxitricity is missing more than just power imo, the lack of fairies in the current metagame kind of lowers the impact of poison pix. Dunno if some form of grass...

https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8superstaffbros4-1264211887 Alright, I don't know if this is the only 5 Star Effect GMars has, but it's a neat one. I wondered if there was like an ultra rare shiny variant, but I haven't found one yet. Just glad I got it in the form of a clip.

Or it could just do something else? Honestly there's already like 3 iterations on the "single use insta kill" move in ssb4, you can always try something new if working around that move proves to be too much of a pain. I know I certainly wouldn't miss it :/

It was a bit of a misguided attempt to try something new for Snorlax, I actually thought your mon was fairly solid in ssb3, being a massively bulky phaser that packed a very hard to ignore punch and some semi decent recovery. New set is missing most of these things sadly :/, I feel like it could...

Probably yours, I have a terrible eye for relative strength. I did mean to put Temp a tier higher than Anri though, considering the relative lack of fairies, and INStruct could probably go a couple of tiers lower considering how much hazard removal and how little threatening priority users there...
