Does anyone know if the Wonder Card Jirachi is RNG-able? A friend of mine is very new to RNG but seems to get the hang of it, and he's having trouble getting the correct pokemon once he hits his seed and frame.

Yeah GG bud, the hax were with me for sure early on with my Metagross getting double Attack boosts off Meteor Mash, I'm sure you would have crushed me had that not gone that way, that Jirachi was gonna RUIN me.
