I have a small correction. Nidoking actually has access to Sucker Punch, you just never see it because it has neither the place nor the power to get use out of it, so your point still stands. I am sorry if it is a bit too off topic but I wanted to carify that.

Blisseys only option to harm Nidoking is usually sismic toss so I just bait the blisseys in with Nidoking and then use slugde wave again. Best case: Nidoking gets a free hit. Worst case: Nidoking eats a sismic toss. After the two attacks the superpower will then kill the blissey.

I also like it as a Tapu check (haven't tried steel roller yet though). If you want to maximize its special bulk you should put its HP EVs into SpD since its HP stat is already very high. I wouldn't call it a tapu slayer since it doesn't have a good recovery, which means it can't switch in over...
