I think venusaur is fine in B tier. It needs sun support to function at it's best, not to mention it has negative matchups against several of the format's hard hitters (Glastrier, Moltres, Zapdos-K, Thundurus, Landorus, even Celesteela and Kartana somewhat), leading venusaur to either get ko'd...
