Why is Toxapex banned? Is it the sheer bulk from Fluffy and Ice Scales? Is it the Merciless/Corrosion/Hex shenanigans? Is it the lack of a 4x weakness? I ask 'cause Toxapex is my favorite Gen 7 mon.
