Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone was considering a OuBl tier or a tier below Ubers? I feel like some pokemon are so good that others are made totally worthless in the tier. Pokemon like Zamazenta, Reshiram, and Lunala aren't very useful in Ubers, but are too strong for Ou. Same for mons banned...
