Well, my level 100 jirachi is jolly 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spd. Well this one has 30 HP / 29 Atl / 30 Spd / 18 SpD / 21 Def / 11 SpA. The Bold nature one that's UT is 21 HP / 2 Atk (lol) / 30 Def / 28 SpD / 21 Spd / 27 SpA. The other one I didn't check yet

Would you really switch sharpedo into a dark move? He may resist it, but his defense is so low. I reccommend a bulky gyarados rather than Sharpedo since you compare both. Gyarados can boost and have greater speed than Sharpedo, while having much more power after a dragon dance. I think a CM...

Well, I'm not too sure about Shaymin. That slot can be used for Gliscor or Hippowdon as well. I'm not so sure. Shaymin or Celebi are my desired options, but I'll see. I want something either immune or resistant to electric moves in that slot.

Okay.. This team lacks power. Umbreon is bulky, but is too slow in my opinion. With very low attack, I don't really think umbreon can do much on your team. Gyarados and Infernape seem to be your only means of power. Without them, your team wouldn't be very good. How about try a choice scarf...
