Just a quick note: you banned DynamicPunch and Zap Cannon, but not Inferno, which is basically the same move. Great idea as a whole, btw.

I would suggest HP Ground or maybe Fire over Substitute on Yanmega, mainly because Bug and Flying attacks are walled by Steel types. Also, Wild Charge is a stronger option over ThunderPunch on Electivire if you want more power, but it does have some recoil.

I have not tried this myself yet, but there is a button on RNG Reporter's main screen that says "Calculate Initial PIDRNG Frame." You might want to try that out :).
