  1. "What's the worst that could happen?"- Barry's fight!

Your point is invalid, especially since the age range on pokemon forums is usually 14-24.
  2. Rarely Used (RU) Tier

Torterra is better off with either Rock Polish, Curse or Leech Seed/Stealth Rock sets. This is coming from a guy that has used a Scarfterra before.
  3. Rarely Used (RU) Tier

I thought SmashPass didn't get a high enough vote to get banned.
  4. NU Discussion Thread [Ancient]

and also something to note: on PO's LU tier they either banned or moved most of the problem pokemon in smogon RU to their UU. Its also weird because they use a 5% rather than a 3.4% cut for tiers, or at least thats what I believe they do. Also regigigas in LU doesn't surprise me.
  5. Rarely Used (RU) Tier

After a honeclaws, and with eviolite, it becomes just like Metagross and can do a lot of damage. Im not surprised that you had success with it.
  6. RU Threat List

I would imagine people would have some luck with a Shell Smash set from Crustle, but like Skwog said: too many special attackers.
  7. Regigigas

I would just like to say that I was expecting Regigas to get Traunt and Slaking to get Slow Start in the dream world. I guess Game Freak isn't that much of a troll afterall.
  8. NU Discussion Thread [Ancient]

We can only hope. Hitmonlee is the 54th used in RU so no doubt he has a high chance of dropping. Unfortunately for Kabutops, Torterra is in this tier. With powerful STAB Grass and Ground moves + Stealth Rocks.
  9. Rarely Used (RU) Tier

Either Defensive or Offensive. Ground/Rock/Grass with Rock Polish or Ground/Grass with Leech Seed and Stealth Rocks
  10. NU Discussion Thread [Ancient]

Torterra is in this tier. Oh hell yes. But so are Cryogonal, Walrein, Regice, Rotom-F, Glaceon, Piloswine, Jynx, Sneasel, Lapras. Oh shit.
  11. Smogon University PO Statistics — June 2011

YEAH MAMOSWINE! Ice + Ground is already great STAB and without a freaking Sand Veil Shark around he can do more damage! YEAH MAMOSWINE!
  12. NU Discussion Thread [Ancient]

I didn't count them all. I just selected the whole list and hit the numbering button.
  13. NU Discussion Thread [Ancient]

Thats 279 pokemon. If my math is correct thats over 50% of all total pokemon.
  14. NU Discussion Thread [Ancient]

Another Pokemon in NU that is bulky is Throh. Throh: 120/100/85/30/85/45 Throh is actually the bulkiest of the fighting types, and has a very good Bulk Up set: move 1: Bulk Up move 2: Circle Throw / Storm Throw move 3: Payback move 4: Stone Edge / Earthquake item: Leftovers ability: Guts...
  15. NU Discussion Thread [Ancient]

If people were looking for a bulky support pokemon, well this tier has Alomomola. 165/75/80/40/45/65 Basically its a Vaporeon with more HP and Defense but with smaller offenses. Set for her from the analysis by Delta 2777: Most of the pokemon that will be in the NU tier are relatively...
  16. RU Threat List

Hone Claws/Bulldoze/Thunder/Blizzard is really the set you want to avoid LO recoil entirely. Bulldoze is boosted by SHeer Force btw. Mainly running a mixed set is so you arent completely walled by things like Chansey, but this an RU discussion so why are talking about a pokemon that will never...
  17. Rarely Used (RU) Tier

Life Orb + SHeer Force = 1.69* boosted moves without LO recoil. On his proposed set the only things that would give him LO recoil and not be boosted by SHeer Force are Superpower and Brave Bird. This is really the best viable set for Braviary anyway: name: Physical Attacker move 1: Brave Bird...
  18. Rarely Used (RU) Tier

Superpower is useful on a revenge killing choice band set because you are going to switch out constantly anyway. Even if Braviary had a different fighting move like Close Combat it would still be somewhat pointless on a Bulk Up set because of the defense drops. Superpower is counter productive...
  19. Rarely Used (RU) Tier

I dont see the point in running Superpower since it would cancel out Bulk Up entirely. And honestly running a Bulk Up set on a pokemon like Braviary seems like a good idea but he has no recovery option. I would just stick with Choice Band on him. To me he is just a Normal/Flying version of...
  20. A Hailstorm a Day Keeps the Dragons Away

But if he were to run Bulldoze over Earthquake he wouldnt be taking any recoil. Then with Sheer Force + Life Orb on 60 BP would equal 101 compared to 130 that Earthquake rises to with LO.
