This is an awesome strategy. Lopunny has base 105 speed, but Cinccino does get After You and base 115 speed as well, making it the actual fastest user.

Ghetsis was remarkably easy for me... I didn't have a very overlevelled team, which consisted of Reuniclus/Scrafty/Cofagrigus/Gigalith/Vanilluxe/Escavalier. Hydreigon was a stroke of luck; Focus Blast missed on Vanilluxe so I 2HKOed with Ice Beam + Ice Shard.

Why not run Pursuit and/or Screech? Could be gimmicky but Screech could start switches, which Pursuit could take advantage of. Both are legal with Megahorn.
