Meh, I myself I am not very fond of an un-STAB Bullet Punch but Hariyama doesn't have the biggest of movepools so its understandable. Also, Seismic Toss is weird, because base 120 Attack hurts a lot of stuff. The only other things I can think of is to add Body Slam and Counter to Other Options.

Just as a word of advice, try to get a Pokemon not weak to Fighting as 3 of your Pokemon are weak to it (Steelix, Ambipom, and Ursaring). You might want another Pokemon that can handle fighting types well.
