  1. Xurkitree Discussion

All this talk makes me think that Tapu Bulu would make a great partner for Xurkitree. Bulu can tank most of Xurk's counters with ease while making him less vulnerable to the weaker ground attacks + boosting his Energy Ball thanks to Grassy Terrain.
  2. Necrozma Discussion

Hmmm sorry for nitpicking but Necrozma's ability is actually Prism Armor : reduces the power of supereffective attacks taken.
  3. Nihilego Discussion

Well, as I understand it, it's based on the actual stats, so yes, which means it would also take the previous boosts into account.
  4. Mareanie, Toxapex Discussion

Merciless is kind of a wasted ability on a pokemon with these stats and movepool, but I expect the Regenerator variant to be seen a lot once it comes out.
  5. Gen VII: Pokemon Sun and Moon Discussion MKII

I don't think it's fair to act as if the complaints were baseless either. I mean, that's like the perfect illustration of all the tired male gaze tropes Hollywood movies are filled with. It's not the deadliest sin in the world, but I would rather have done without that.
  6. Gen VII: Pokemon Sun and Moon Discussion MKII

So, I just read a French preview which I think gave a little too much away. Here's what I found notable. - At the beginning of the game, before you get a pokemon, a bridge you're on collapses, but you're saved by Tapu Koto. A character tells you at some point that this is the sign that your...
  7. Gen VII: Pokémon Sun and Moon (New info Post #5834)

I know Pokémons from subsequent generations have been announced far before their respective games in the past, but I don't think this is the case here. I really do think we might get a 6.5G here. It's unprecedented, of course, but Gamefreak hasn't really been following patterns these last few...
  8. Sticky Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire

Well, the ORAS website has been updated and it's clearly teasing new moves for Primal Kyogre/Groudon.
  9. New World Trading Post (New: Rotom, Absol, Shellder, Heracross, Gible)

Interested in your Kangashkan, would you take a Jolly 31/31/31/x/31/31 Speed Bost Venipede ? I also have Adamant 31/31/31/x/31/31 Speed Boost Torchic.
  10. Pokémon Gengar

Well, adding the Ghost type to the target would mean that it could now escape from trapping abilities, so I don't think it would be viable.
  11. Pokémon Aggron

It's still very telling to see that Mega Aggron can almost take a +2 Life Orb Boosted 120BP super-effective move from one of the most terrifying sweepers of Gen V's meta. I think he's going to work very well.
  12. Pokémon Gardevoir

Sorryyy, Just read diagonally, shouldn't have done that ! >.<
  13. Pokémon Gardevoir

Gardevoir learns Moonblast, mine runs it. :)

  15. Other Looking Ahead to Gen VI Mark II (SEE POSTS #818 & #858)

Got a Floette with Symbiosis as an ability in Friend Safari ! Apparently it's a multi ability which let allies pokemon use the item Floette is holding. Could be interesting in duo/triple.
  16. Other Looking Ahead to Gen VI Mark II (SEE POSTS #818 & #858)

And I can now confirm that she is NOT fairy. :(
  17. Other Looking Ahead to Gen VI Mark II (SEE POSTS #818 & #858)

Well, I saw the Mismagius in the Battle Maison, so if I face a Blissey/Chansey, I'll tell you !
  18. Other Looking Ahead to Gen VI Mark II (SEE POSTS #818 & #858)

Sorry but Mismagius isn't fairy either. Faced one, could use Dragon moves against it. :(
  19. Other Looking Ahead to Gen VI Mark II (SEE POSTS #818 & #858)
