The seed I'm trying to hit is "21, 24, 1, 28, 9, 17, 31, 31, 31, 16, 31" but when I was generating seeds, the IV's i was looking for were "31/31/31/x/31/31" 1. What happened the second 31 after 16? 2. Is there any way to decide which number in seed is the start of the pokemon's IVs?

Apparently it's impossible to get a chople berry in b/w until the dream world is set up. And even then, I will only be able to use 3 in a tourney (register up to 6 items, can give him another berry between rounds). Is there ANYTHING else that will protect me from Fighting moves? Chople berry...

Just fyi, this is my first year attempting to do VGC (or any type of competitive pokemon). I've been playing on Pokemon Online and trying different teams and combos and this is the best I've been able to get so far, so RMT. I'm waiting to actually RNG and train the pokemon in my actual game...

Is RNGing possible on the 3DS? Pretty sure it turning does not count as a step (so if you dont have sweet scent you could just turn to get a pokemon. That's what you have to do in the desert for darumaka)

Are spawn chances of pokemon or their natures effected by the date/time like their IV's are? I've been trying to get my last pokemon, a hydreigon (deino), and serebii said it has a 20% spawn chance but in 4ish hours of trying ive seen exactly 3 of them and they all had adamant nature (which is...

I FINALLY got 3 of my 4 pokemon for a competitive team with great IV's via RNG. So now I have some questions about EV training (and 1 about PP): 1. Is there any way whatsoever to double-check my EV's? I'm sure I'll keep track of them but I'm a paranoid guy and it'd be awesome to be 100% sure...
