How stat "levels" work: +1 = 150% +2 = 200% +3 = 250% +4 = 300 % +5 = 350% +6 = 400% +/- 6 levels is the limit. I'm not sure on the ratios for negative levels though... I think it goes from 75% to 50% but I'm not sure what's after that.
