If you're talking about the event-only pokemon, then Nintendo can check with OT and the ID number; Serebii has a list of the event-only pokemon and the OT/IDs. If you mean a regular hacked Latios and such.. then... I doubt, unless their stats are just WAAY out there.

Mainly because I dont have enough different ones to get a reliable test group. I only have one of each, so if I checked, whatever the results would be from that test wouldn't automatically apply to all the others out there.

Oh, I knew that. It's just that the one mentioned earlier are both for the SAME multiples. Like "A little quick tempered" is supposed to be those ending in 2 and 7. Would "Quick Tempered" be 2 and 7 also?

Not the best method, but one that would eventually work is a pokemon with PickUp... Doubt you'd want to raise it to Lvl80+ for it to be useful thoough. Oh, you could get rare candies on past gen games and migrate them over on some pokes. That's how I got my 8.

Okay, I hope someone has already figured out all of this stuff, but there's another one with a slight variation. "Often scatters things" and "Scatters things often" Is there ANY difference between these two, along with the two from before?

I'm very glad I posted my idea, and very glad you responded. Ok, so, I've used my resources found by lurking (Metalkid's dmg calc + Serebii's IV/Stat calc) to find out some damage and I now know that fake out + double hit + max atk and speed = sexyness. I'll prolly throw in the last avaliable 4...
