    Actually, it is true. They'll still breed, but natures do have a part in how long it takes to fertalize an egg.

    Why not just use Ice Punch - Night Slash - Pursuit - Brick Break? Ice Shard really isn't needed since it already has great speed, and NS and Pursuit should always be there anyway.

    Have you ever heard of a wonderful little thing called Ditto? I don't think Riolu can breed, though, so I think you'll need to evolve it into Lucario first.

    Palkia should probably be a Special attacker (unless you feel like using a Bulk Up version). Surf has 95 Base Power compared to the 90 of Aqua Tail. Surf is also Special which is better for Palkia. It also has 100% accuracy, compared to Aqua Tail's 90%. Reset for a Timid or Modest nature.

  20. Riolu help?

    It should be Timid or Modest. All you need to do is breed it for a good nature.
