May I suggest Hidden Power Ice on Thundurus over Taunt... I know taunt is there for Trick Room-ers but most carry Mental Herb and the such so it wont always be good.

Hmmm. I think that now in 5th Gen you cant Gastro Acid to remove Slaking's ability, I might be wrong though :D

One thing though, silk scarf does NOT lock you into a move, it only boosts the power of normal type attacks. Silk scarf works fine. You could try double hit instead of return if you wish. It works good.
