Battle logs? Unaware doesn't ignore boosts from guts or choice specs/band, which may be what's killing him in one hit. edit: I just tested this and Aixen is right, unaware doesn't do anything. I don't think it matters how much pp a move has, sleep talk just picks from your three remaining...
  2. Pokemon Showdown bug reports

That's probably because it worked that way for a long time in PO until I reported it (I reported for encore, though the two moves work the same way). You can read the thread here for more information, as well as cartridge verification.

lol. They had a focus sash, it says it right there in your screenshot.
  4. My first rain team

Since you put so much effort in your team making, I feel obligated to put just as much effort in my rate. It's not such a great team.
  5. Pokemon Showdown bug reports

Post relevant battle logs, please. From the amount of info you've given here, it's possible nothing wrong happened at all.
  6. Pokemon Showdown bug reports

Taunt only lasts for 2 moves if a slower pokemon is using it, when it should always last for 3 moves no matter what. I know this is a bug because PO used to have the same bug until I reported it... The foe's Toxicroak used Swords Dance! [DEBUG] sub bypass: self hit. Jellicent used Taunt! The...
  7. Pokemon Showdown bug reports

Honestly, I don't see how this can ever come up. How does person B switch out and use encore at the same time? The only time you will encounter this issue is if person A uses sleep powder AGAIN, and it fails because of sleep clause, and then person B encores it. Person A would be disqualified...
  8. Silly user-- Trix Rooms are for noobs

Shadow tag is unreleased for chandelure, so you should probably post your team here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=119&prefixid=rmt_ou_dreamworld

Lobbies purge pretty quickly, libra. You might want to copy+paste a relevant section of the battle log. Though, I think the liquid ooze bug is well known at this point.

Iron barbs doesn't trigger on dragon tail, apparently. Turn 44 The foe's Dragonite used Roost! The foe's Dragonite regained health! Jellicent used Recover! Jellicent regained health! Rain continues to fall! The foe's Dragonite restored a little HP using its Leftovers! Jellicent restored a...

Ferrothorn is allowed to have spikes, stealth rocks, and leech seed all at the same time, even though he can only legally learn any 2 of them via breeding. Also, for Arceus, you don't have to give him a plate to determine his type, only click on the right mon (so you then give him lefties or...
  12. My First Team

I feel like you may have been looking at the DPP section of smogon when you made this team (you even used gen 4 sprites). Explosion's damage was cut in half for gen V, so it's really not a viable move. It doesn't take out heattran's regular counters anymore, so there's not much point in using...
  13. RMT - Rain Offense - Dugtrio!

obviously, that ev investment doesn't take hits better on both sides of the spectrum, it just moves some special bulk to defense. It is slightly more efficient since the EV rounding itakes the floor of your stat and 168 EVs gets ferro's sdef very close to 341 without going under.
  14. Pokemon Showdown bug reports

The problem is that Cacturne uses sucker punch 11 times when the move only has 8 PP. I am guessing this is because when encore forces him into the move, it ignores the pp check. What should happen is the encore forcibly ends when the move is out of PP and the pokemon is allowed to pick a...

Magic guard negates struggle recoil, even though it shouldn't.
  16. Smogon University PO Statistics — October 2011

I don't think "balance" is the right word to use here. The game is always balanced no matter what bans you have, since both players have access to the same pokemon. The bans don't seek to necessarily balance the game, but to increase the viability of other pokemon in competitive play.

And then when you force him into focus blast you just have him miss 4 times in a row to get some free switches and setup...

it's impossible to 4x resist venomoth's moves since he has tinted lens.

quagsire is a huge defensive threat. Anything that sets up and doesn't have a grass move can't touch him.
  20. np: OU Suspect Testing Round 5 - Sandstorm (Excadrill/Thundurus Banned)

what about physically defensive chestorest sets? It would get at least +4 on snorlax if you stayed in.
