    for what? i have ice beam for grass and ground types. hydro pump takes care of steel rock fire ground types. psychic covers ghost, poison, fighting, and thunderbolt KOs waters and flyings. Scizor can barely take a hydro pump. and infernape can finish him off

    wakee up slap would be a good idea, but hypnosis is a coin toss move, it doesnt always hit so you might want to use brick break.

    As for poliwrath, since its a bulk up poke, i'd suggest using a physical fighting move instead of focus blast. like mach punch or brick break.
