I don't think that works. Pick Up only lets you get items that are used or tossed by your opponent.

Huge increase in Breloom users, and they're all noobs. I know this because as soon as you counter their obvious Spore and proceed to wall/destroy their Breloom, they rage quit.

Half the players on the servers probably couldn't win more than 2 battles out of 10 if weather was banned. Fact is with weather around, you are always forced to carry checks for them because you know a majority of the teams are weather. Without weather, you don't know what you'll be facing...
