    Wow...I'm the only one here who uses Jolly+max Speed Gallade? It has a chance of outspeeding Adamant CB Heracross and OHKOing it (284 Speed and Psycho Cut does 94.70% - 111.59%). Gallade actually has base 80 Speed, the same a Medicham and Dragonite's.

    Probably because with Adamant, Feral's max Speed is 255. With max Speed and Jolly, he reaches 280, which will let him outspeed more stuff, because of Heracross at 269, and many other Pokémon outspeeding Herecross with 270.

    Did you forget about Dragonite's base 80 Speed? He needs a +Speed nature, 31 IV, and 200 EVs for 270 before Scarf, or +Speed, 31 IV, and 176 EVs for 264 before Scarf.
