    I like Emerald because you get the Mach bike for eggs. Plus, I usually migrate them to D/P for EV training with power items. This also gets bonus exp points for easier level-up.

    I would think Timid, because Dialga has a monster Special Attack stat, but its speed compared to its conterpart Palkia is less by 10 base points so Dialga needs all the speed it can get.
