It just shows how much damage the attack would have done with unlimited HP, which I think is kinda cool. In one particular battle my CBChomp used Earthquake on an Infernape that had used Close Combat on me. It was a critical hit, and did 724% damage. XD

Phazing stands for Pseudo-Hazing, as in forcing a switch so the opponent's stat-ups (and stat-downs) are negating. Stuff like Whirlwind/Roar (which force switches) or stat-downs like Charm (which make the foe want to switch to restore his attacking power) is phazing.

I'd add an attack instead of Light Screen or Reflect. If you use Light Screen or Reflect once, good. But after that, the odds of actually doing something with Sleep Talk become 33%. With an attack, you always have a 66% chance of doing something productive.
