iirc Sneaseler was way too broken. Lycanroc-dusk donating to it makes it kill Great Tusk at +2 if it uses Chesnaught (random defensive mon for example) with max/max evs. Fire punch for Fluffy steels (Corv) and Ghold. Dire Claw BS. Could use Throat Chop and suddenly Pecha gets smacked and FF...

Kyu-b is broken as shit. I tested with it a lot and there was not a single game where I saw the MU and thought Kyu-b couldn't win with minimal support. Tera-fire or Tera-elec beats a monstrous amount of the metagame. I've thought about using Defensive Arcanine and Curse Clodsire with ABILITY...

AAA Almost Any Ability - Survey results at post #1428!

The major issue with Ice Scales, and we've seen this with play out with both Fur Coat and Ice Scales for years, is it's not about having a nice special wall that can play its role super well. It's about offensive or set-up mons who use Ice Scales to make it unbearably difficult to revenge kill...

    Metagame Frantic Fusions

I probably agree that Good as Gold is broken with the right team. I just haven't seen that team yet as not many people are running it on ladder. It'd probably look like Spikestack + Ghost that can tank Tusk's hits + GaG user in some capacity to beat non-scrappy spin teams. Figured I'd post...

    Metagame Frantic Fusions

:Landorus-Therian::Blastoise: Used a fun defensive regen core to top the ladder. Rocks + Spin + 2x momentum. Switch ins to tusk (and gknot to pressure!), sneasler + plenty of special hitters. Threats to the core that you want to patch up: OGERPON-WELLSPRING IS A BAD BAD MON (for this...

    GG Godly Gift

Topped the ladder in large part due to my teams being able to deal with one VERY prevalent core. If you're building a team that's remotely balance or offensive in the current meta, you need to have two important things: An anti-HO measure and more importantly a pokemon that beats Clod+Alo cores...

Figured I'd drop my favourite team of the last little bit. Got me to #2 and I think I could get #1 with it, but I change teams too much :Hydreigon::Cinderace::Manaphy::Great-Tusk::Gholdengo::Dragonite:

    Metagame Frantic Fusions

Ngas in a meta that's entirely about the dispersal of abilities to non-native pokemon is inherently anti-meta (in the worst sense) and unfun. It's also broken so that's three reasons it should go

forced? Idts, there's AV regen and no damp rock does way more against Wake than anything it gets from the DLC. Also it's just me, but I'm willing to bet Empoleon is a top tier mon anyway. Roost Water/Steel type is incredible

Clefairy could probably run water absorb and be a usable Walking Wake switch in...also more importantly, Empoleon is back, so Wake just found its answer
