Frosmoth is a dangerous setup sweeper on Ice teams when given snow and Aurora Veil support. Quiver Dance allows Frosmoth to be a dangerous wincon when given free turns against passive walls like Amoonguss. Frosmoth's ability to threaten Zamazenta is especially important, as teammates such as Kyurem and Weavile have a hard time dealing with it. Hurricane allows Frosmoth to sweep through Fighting teams after two Quiver Dance boosts while allowing it threaten Fire-types such as Volcarona. Substitute can be used instead to avoid status conditions and easily set up against more passive walls such as Amoonguss and Rotom-W. Giga Drain provides Frosmoth with longevity in sweeping, deals with bulky Water-types like Primarina and Gastrodon, and threatens troublesome Rock teams. Frosmoth's ability to deal large amounts of damage to physical walls like Garganacl and Skarmory is very important to ease the job of other setup sweepers like Weavile and Cloyster. A Timid nature is preferred, as it allows Frosmoth to outspeed threats such as Cinderace, Ogerpon formes, and Iron Valiant after a Quiver Dance. A Modest nature can be used to break past threats such as Empoleon and Alolan Muk

Frosmoth needs snow and Aurora Veil support in order to easily set up on threats like Primarina and Archaludon. Therefore, Alolan Ninetales makes an excellent teammate. Alolan Ninetales can also use Encore to provide Frosmoth with free switch-in opportunities. Frosmoth tends to be slow even after a Quiver Dance boost due to its low initial Speed stat. At +1, it is easily revenge killed by Choice Scarf Iron Boulder, Choice Scarf Roaring Moon, and Choice Scarf Sneasler, so switch-ins to these threats such as Avalugg and Mamoswine are appreciated. Speed control options such as Slush Rush Alolan Sandslash and Thunder Wave Froslass support Frosmoth excellently. Froslass provides Spikes support to chip down checks such as Hisuian Goodra and Galarian Slowking. Sandslash can deal with Hatterene and Articuno for Frosmoth while clearing entry hazards with Rapid Spin, should Frosmoth's Heavy-Duty Boots get Knocked Off. Frosmoth can struggle to break through Haze Toxapex and Articuno, so Kyurem and Weavile make excellent teammates. Frosmoth and Kyurem can work together to overwhelm their shared checks such as Corviknight and Galarian Slowking. Weavile is able to pressure the Fire-types Frosmoth can't break past such as Rotom-H and Heatran with Knock Off and Mamoswine's Stealth Rock support. Cloyster is also a great ally, as it can shred through Fire teams with Rock Blast after a Shell Smash, notably dealing with Ceruledge, which otherwise is extremely difficult to face.

Frosmoth can invest 208 EVs into Defense to prevent Corviknight's Iron Head from breaking Substitute under snow and Aurora Veil. However, Frosmoth needs 252 Special Attack EVs to OHKO Skarmory after Stealth Rock if it uses a Timid nature so it doesn't get phazed by Whirlwind.

Frosmoth is a dangerous setup sweeper on Ice teams when given snow and Aurora Veil support. Quiver Dance allows Frosmoth to be an excellent win condition against threatening Fighting type teams (I'd instead mention what Pokemon you can setup on with Quiver Dance, for example Amoongus). Frosmoth’s ability to threaten Zamazenta is especially important as teammates such as Kyurem and Weavile have a hard time dealing with it. Hurricane allows Frosmoth to sweep through Fighting teams after a couple of Quiver Dances while allowing it threaten Fire-types such as Gouging Fire (Ice Beam does more) and Volcarona. Substitute can be used instead to avoid stautus conditions and easily set up against more passive walls such as Slowking-Galar (Very sketchy matchup if Slowking-G has Flamethrower and Aurora Veil isn't up) and Rotom-W. Giga Drain provides Frosmoth longevity in sweeping, deals with bulky Water types like Primarina and Gastrodon, and threatens troublesome Rock teams. Its ability to deal with Garganacl (Frosmoth should never stay in versus Garganacl, it essentially never wins the matchup unless you're behind Substitute and Garg is already weakened) is very important to enable sweepers like Weavile and Cloyster. A Timid nature is preferred as it allows Frosmoth to outspeed threats such as Cinderace, Ogerpon-formesH, Ogerpon-C, and Iron Valiant after a Quiver Dance. A Modest nature can be used to break past bulkier teams more easily, as Unaware Clodsire and Hippowden have a high chance of being 2HKOed by Ice Beam.

Frosmoth needs snow and Aurora Veil support in order to easily set up on threats like Iron Hands and Ogerpon-W. Therefore Alolan Ninetales makes an excellent teammate. Alolan Ninetales can also use Encore to provide Frosmoth free switch-in opportunities. Frosmoth tends to be slow even after a Quiver Dance boost due to its low initial Speed stat. It is easily revenge killed by Choice Scarf Iron Boulder, Stone Edge Zamazenta, and Choice Scarf Iron Moth, so switch-ins to these threats such as Avalugg, Mamoswine, and Eviolite Piloswine are appreciated (Every one of these lose to Zamazenta and Iron Moth does a good chunk with Energy Ball to Mamoswine. Piloswine is not that great and still takes 40% from eball). Speed control options such as Slush Rush Alolan Sandslash and Thunder Wave Froslass support Frosmoth excellently (Mention what Sandslash does ex. spins away rocks if boots is knocked off moth and threatens Hatterene). Froslass doubles as Spikes support and checks Zamazenta and Sneasler early-game. Frosmoth can struggle to break through Haze Toxapex and Arcticuno, so Kyurem and Weavile make excellent teammate. Frosmoth and Kyurem can work together to overwhelm their shared checks such as Corviknight and Slowking-Galar. Weavile is able to pressure the Fire teams Frosmoth can’t break past with Knock Off and Mamoswine Stealth Rock support (specify the fire types). Cloyster is also a great ally as it can shred through Fire teams with Rock Blast after a Shell Smash, notably dealing with Ceruledge which otherwise is extremely difficult to face.

(While true, both of these would naturally lose to Ice-types anyway) threats such as Empoleon and Alolan Muk (Granted, I was struggling to find threats that actually made sense)

Frosmoth needs snow and Aurora Veil support in order to easily set up on threats like Iron Hands and Ogerpon-W (Sub still breaks and AV Hands still wins with Heavy Slam while Ogerpon-W has crit cudgels.) Primarina and Archaludon. Therefore Alolan Ninetales makes an excellent teammate. Alolan Ninetales can also use Encore to provide Frosmoth free switch-in opportunities. Froslass doubles as Spikes support and checks Zamazenta and Sneasler early-game (Sneasler is the sole fighting-type you check, Zama has Heavy Slam and the rest have coverage/second STAB to hit lass) provides Spikes support to chip down checks such as Hisuian Goodra and Galarian Slowking.
