umm... first of all sylveon is in OU.

As for the rest of the team, I would recommend getting rid of galvantula altogether. It's not that sticky web is a bad move, it's just that it is very easy to remove and then you're left in a 6 v 5 hole. Perhaps you could switch to a standard lead like an Empoleon or Nidoqueen. If you want another electric type at the cost of no stealth rocker then I would recommend Heliolisk as he completely outclasses Galvantula in every aspect besides sticky web.
I would also recommend the special defense evs to be put in defense instead. Grumpig already has a high special defense and only gets stronger after each calm mind. You will find that the extra special defense evs would make no difference.
On Tyrantrum I would not recommend a ddance set as it is still painfully slow im my opinion. But this is just my opinion and you can probably make a DDance set work. However, you still need to maximize its speed max out speed evs and consider running a jolly nature as that allows it to outspeed more pokemon. I would also suggest Outrage > Iron Head as you already have honchkrow for fairies.

To conclude this is a pretty sweet team lol and I hope you consider my changes.

There is a lot wrong with this team. to start, Sylveon is OU. Secondly, sticky web does not really work with your team at all. Miltank is not viable is UU and should be replaced with Snorlax who does the exact same roll, but better. As for grumpig, it is also outclassed by a plethora of other Calm Mind users in the tier. I suggest Slowking or Suicune. You want a Jolly nature and max speed on tyrantrum and want Outrage over Earthquake, if you REALLY want to kill fairies with Iron Head(Although Head Smash would do more damage). Honchkrow needs A life Orb as if wont live hits anyway and wants the most damage as it can dish out. It also NEEDS Brave Bird over Steel Wing.

If this team is for fun more than anything, don't change anything, but if it was why RMT it?
I was not trying to tear apart your team and be mean, just trying to help you out!

You need to clarify your EV spreads. What are the 126 EVs for? Also, in case you haven't noticed Sylveon is OU. Steel Wing on Honchkrow is useless, as it's a weak move even to hit Fairy types. Speaking of, your team is pitifully weak to Fairy. Also your team is extremely slow which it's ultimate downfall. Maybe if you play more you can gain enough experience to build a competent team, as it's quite apparent you are still new to playing Pokemon :]
