Here's my current 1v1 team:
Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Bashful Nature
- Transform
Ditto counters fast agression, outspeeding its opponent and taking it down with itself.
Ditto has trouble with any strat except unbuffed OHKO, and loses to megas or powerful z-moves.
Kecleon (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bashful Nature
- Trick
- Disable
- Recover
- Return
Kecleon beats walls and set-up, forcing them to struggle as fast as possible, and healing away whatever struggle can do, hitting with return to finish things off quicker or when its primary strat fails due to mega stones or an opponent already using a choice item. Anything that can OHKO it is what you'll want to watch out for, but Ditto can handle well what Kecleon can't.
Heracross (M) @ Heracronite
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Focus Punch
Heracross is for quick damage. Good prediction on set-up heavy strats can allow SubPunch to deal tremendous damage, where pin missile and rock blast have high damage immediately, while breaking sub, scarf, or sturdy. Heracross could use bullet seed in place of rock blast, but rock blast threatens flying types that threaten Heracross. Physical walls give Heracross a problem, but if they're not attacking, focus punch can deal ludicrous damage.
