The point of playing pokemon to me has always been to have fun while using the pokes you actually like to win with. This is the reason 3 of my pokes are UU but I still find success in OU. I'd rather use a pokemon with less usability than use something I hate like Landorus or whatever. So let's delve into the team!

The Playpen
hydreigon.gif

Hydreigon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 HP
IVs: 0 Atk
Modest Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power

ROLE: Fast Wallbreaker
Good ole' Hydreigon. This poke's monster special attack and super diverse movepool allows me to poke holes through tons of stuff. Anything that doesn't resist Draco is going to get a hole burnt through it if it doesn't OHKO. Once this team breaks through Hydreigon's checks it kind of just auto wins spamming neutral dark pulses, especially if rocks are up. I love hard switching into a psychic move and blowing a dark pulse into a Latios or Jirachi. He's shiny because he's my favorite pokemon of all time and my ace if you will.
talonflame.gif

Talonflame @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 130 Def / 126 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful Nature
- Brave Bird
- Bulk Up
- Will O' Wisp

- Roost

ROLE: Wall/Sweeper
Talonflame eats any physical move with complete ease that isn't stone edge. Often whenever someone switches into a Stone Edger (mostly Landorus and Garchomp) they run into a will o wisp. Then I can either switch into my Gliscor and watch them burn out while Gliscor defogs the rocks. Speed is a silly investment because I get Brave Bird AND Roost +1 priority all while giving it some bulk. Roost +1 prio feels like cheating, especially when it lets me resist ice instead of letting it hit neutral. Bulk Up is preferred over Swords Dance because of foul play. This spread lets me switch into the heaviest hitting Weaviles and Mega Medichams and even lets me eat a life orb Draco Meteor from Latios. After all these pokes swing I can just bulk up and roost away.

gliscor.gif

Gliscor @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 200 SpD / 52 Def
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Roost (Considering Toxic)
- Stealth Rock

- Defog

ROLE: Utility
ZOMGGGGGGGG NO POISON HEAL?! Yes, I know. Unfortunately Gliscor can't have defog AND poison heal or otherwise I would definitely be running it. This Gliscor is so annoying on so many levels. U-Turn with low health? Surprise! You're KO'd. Garchomp/Lando with rocks? Defog. Switching out? Here are some rocks of my own! Enjoy! I prefer roost to toxic because without roost switching into a heatran/tyranitar that uses a damage move instead of stealth rock can be fatal. Hard switching into Gliscor into a potential rocks user is critical to keep talonflame safe.

reuniclus.gif

Reuniclus @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Calm Nature
- Psyshock
- Acid Armor
- Calm Mind

- Recover

ROLE: Special Wall/Sweeper/Status Absorber

Reuniclus eats Dracos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It can also wall choice specs Keldeo and Volcanion on a clean switch, and can wall the ladder completely if they're life orb'd. Calm Mind lets me set up and with Psyshock hitting physically frail pokemon. Yes, I know this set is walled completely by darks. I know. 99% of the time the dark type is killed before this thing comes in. This really is my "last stand" pokemon. Other than checking latios this is my last resort. This thing is the definition of win condition. After an acid armor, this thing is SCARY. Acid Armor, Calm Mind, Recover, etc etc. Oh, and if you band pursuit kill this thing, I have a NASTY punishment for you.

venusaur-mega.gif

Mega Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat / Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpA
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
Bold Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power Fire

- Synthesis

ROLE: Physical Wall
Oh the memories. Venusaur was my first key poke since the late 90s and the fact he got a mega is just awesome. Mega Venusaur is an absolute monster. This thing stalls out all physical attackers that isn't Medicham or Metagross, but Talonflame/Scarf Hydreigon can handle those. This thing wrecks anything that doesn't directly counter it. I find Giga Drain / Synthesis MUCH more effective than any leech seed set. Sludge Bomb is great for neutral hits and silly fairies. HP Fire is for annoying Ferrothorn, Scizor and the occasional Forretress.

cloyster.gif

Cloyster @ King's Rock
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 160 HP / 120 Atk / 244 Spe
Timid Nature
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
- Substitute

- Shell Smash

ROLE: Stallbreaker
Pursuit TTar and Weavile and even Bisharp can be a pretty big issue because they OHKO a switching Reuniclus. Well this thing comes in and can either substitute or shell smash accordingly to the situation. This can break a hole through just about any team. Unaware Quagsire gets absolutely wrecked by this set because of substitute. With 48 PP, Quagy is bound to flinch twice in a row eventually, and it only needs one time if Quagsire is burnt, which happens more frequently than not. 244 Spe is to outspeed defensive variants of Zapdos and Garchomp and outspeed scarf'd Keldeo.

Threats
charizard-mega-y.gif

Mega Charizard Y

I have no hard switch into this stupid thing. Hydreigon can weaken it with a Draco and Talonflame can handle it on a clean entry.

togekiss.gif

Fast Togekiss

A fast togekiss with nasty plot, thunder wave, air slash can absolutely cripple me if it sets up.

That pretty sums up the team. I'm willing to take any criticism harsh or nice in order to give me an edge. The only counter criticism I'll address up front is the rocky helmet Gliscor w/ defog as it works very, very well in what it's supposed to do.

Nice team! Here are a few suggestions to deal with your threats.

1. Exchange Bulk Up for Taunt on Talonflame. This makes it so that Talonflame can use Taunt on Togekiss to stop it from using Thunder Wave or Nasty Plot, because Talonflame outspeeds it every time unless it has a negative nature. Talonflame does not really need to be a sweeper because Cloyster fills that roll just fine.
2. Possible hard switch-ins for Mega Charizard-Y can be Mega Venusaur, if Mega Charizard-Y doesn't run air slash, and Hydreigon, if Mega Charizard-Y doesn't run dragon pulse.

Hope this helped!

Hey cool team you have. I notice bird spam can be really annoying for this team to deal with as mega pinsir + talonflame kinda just kill everything on your team. While you do have gliscor, gliscor does not appreciate taking +2 Returns from pinsir, and is forced to roost every time it comes in. Another thing that could be a problem is specs keldeo, because mega venusaur doesn't have regenerator, it's forced to burn off a synthesis every time it comes in to scald+rocks+burn, meaning it can only come in a few times. Keldeo can easily come in on gliscor and cloyster both of which do not do that much damage to keldeo with their respective attacks. While you can toxic the keldeo for gliscor fodder, keldeo is usually paired with something like banded ttar (pursuits latis) so once gliscor is gone you might have trouble checking this. Mega Gardevoir is also a huge huge threat to this team since it gets a kill everytime it comes in, and your only counter measure is hoping you flinch with hydra. Finally Kyurem-Black, like with every fat team hits everything hard, and is bulky enough to come in on gliscor, and talonflame. I have a few ideas to help improve the team.

My first suggestion is making the gliscor a landorus-t. This allows you to have a solid talonflame counter, and a somewhat mega pinsir counter. This thing also better counters banded ttar thanks to its amazing bulk coupled with intimidate negating ttars band. Lando-t can also u-turn out vs unfavourable matchups, making it a great fit. Removing Gliscor does give you no hazard removal, so a defogger/rapid spinner is key.

My next suggestion is starmie over reuniclus. This gives you a reliable spinner that can easily spin on threats such as keldeo. Speaking of keldeo, this is one of the best keldeo counters in the game thanks to its natural cure ability, allowing it to switchin to specs cald without worrying about the burn damage every turn. The only problem with removing reuni, is your matchup vs lati becomes a lot worse, meaning that you would probably want a pursuit trapper.

My final suggestion is making the scarfdreigon a scarftar. Hydreigon is a SSI to lati at best, and due to the lack of pursuit lati can easily switch out vs it. Scarftar easily traps latis while also being bulky enough to tank any hit. Scarf is used instead of band because bandtar doesn't reliably check lati (doesn't switchin to surf). Scarf Tar also gives you a nice pinsir counter, as you outspeed and ohko with stone edge or you can make the aggresive play of trapping it. Scarf Tar also pairs well with mega venusaur as it traps most of its counters. Scarf Tar also checks zardy, and togekiss.

The only real weakness this team has is alakazam, which can be dealt with via talonflame. So, i suggest using max spdef tflame to better switchin to zam.

Also, do use some spdef on venusaur to better deal with keldeo.
