Here's my competitive battling team. If there are any weaknesses I might have, please help me out. Note the order I have these pokemon in are not my actual team order. Thanks in advance! I'm ignoring item clause for right now

First things first, you have problems with a couple items and moves.

King's Rock is a terrible item. The Flinch boost will hardly . Go with Life Orb.

Now there's an issue with your final move. Psychic sucks and what you really want is either Hypnosis or Hidden Power Ice/Ground. Hypnosis is easier to get, but ONLY Yanma learns it. If you evolved Yanma before it learned Hypnosis, you can't get it anymore.
Hidden Power is a lot harder to get, but really worth it. You can find some good Yanmegas on Smogon's Wi-Fi forum. Maybe you can offer Skarmory for one?

Either way, it looks like you're gonna have to get yourself a new Yanmega.

Bold is the better nature for that Milotic.

Why doesn't Skarmory have Roost? If a wall can learn a healing move, please use it. Walls that can't stay alive are useless to the team.

Focus Sash is another item that won't be very useful for Weavile. Choice band is much better.

Now, you are spreading status around with Toxic. What are you going to do when Heracross comes in to absorb the poison? None of your Pokemon can handle a Guts boosted Close Combat or Stone Edge. So either replace Toxic with something less risky like Yawn or replace Skarmory with an actual Fighting resist like Gliscor, Weezing, or Dusknoir.
 
Milotic and Skarm should be pulling out some electric attacks for vire to take advantage of so I would replace has Scarf with Expert Belt or Life Orb and make sure to come in on electricity

I've just bred a yanma with 31 IVs in sp. atk and its spd IVs in the 20s with hp ice
i'll try the dancer set too
and put the expert belt onto electivire
