Well, I recently made a new team and it needs a check up for any flaws in it!

Bronzong
dpmfa437.png

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 86 Atk / 80 Def / 92 SpD
Nature: Sassy (+SpD, - Spe)
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion
- Earthquake

Standard Wall Bronzong
I use Bronzong as my Stealth Rock set up to render Focus Sash users useless. I have fought several battles without a Stealth Rocker on my team and have a few times because of Focus Sashes and Priority moves.

Salamence
dpmfa373.png

Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 76 Atk / 252 SpA / 180 Spe
Nature: Rash (+SpA, -SpD)
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
- Brick Break
- Roost

Classic MixMence Salamence
Here is my wall breaker and STABber. His Draco Meteor will be powerfully strong especially with his high SpD, STAB, 140 Base Power and Life Orb.
Brick Break is obviously to break Light Screen and/or Reflect and Roost is to heal up damage from Life Orb and attacks.

Gengar

dpmfa094.png

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Tmid (+Spe, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Trick
- Thunderbolt

A great pokemon with amazing speed. I will use Black Sludge to my advantage with trick to trick it off to pokemon and let them slowly lose their health...

Heatran
dpmfa485.png

Heatran @ Shuca Berry
Ability: FlashFire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Naive (+Spe, -SpD)
- Flamethrower
- Earth Power
- Explosion
- Hidden Power Grass

I use Heatran to switch into fire-type pokemon to easily raise my fire type moves. I would have Bronzong out and wait for my opponent to take out a fire type to counter it and quickly switch to Heatran. This has worked many times but some opponents are aware of it so I try to keep Heatran as hidden as possible. I have Explosion to quickly kill some too strong opponents on the field and HP Grass to counter water types.

Vaporeon
dpmfa134.png

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SpA
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power Ground

Wish Support Vaporeon
This Vaporeon is easily my support and healing pokemon with Wish and is able to take many attacks. HP Electric is to counter fellow water-types, Surf is for the STAB and Quick Claw is for the luck that I go first and it did help before for me to get victory.

Lucario
dpmfa448.png

Lucario @ Muscle Band
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Ice Punch

Swords Dance Lucario
This Lucario packs a lot of power after a Swords Dance or more. It has great typing, coverage and access to an amazing priority move to pick of weakened, faster opponents such as Azelf, Alakazam etc. those of which has high amounts of Speed.

Well, I hope this team turns out for the best!

Bronzong wants Explosion>Hypnosis. It's better not to rely on Hypnosis so when you miss, it isn't the turning point of the match. You can also destroy the Sweeper that the opponent loves with Explosion, always giving you the upper hand... On Mence, the only thing I would do is put in more speed so you can outspeed other Classic MixMences: 76 Atk / 252 SpA / 180 Spe. This would let you outspeed and OHKO with Draco Meteor. On Gengar Thunderbolt>Hidden Power (Ice).

You already have Vaporeon covering Dragons, and you can Revenge Kill Gyarados if you so please. On Vaporeon, put Leftovers in place of Quick Claw, it's a wall, it needs all the bulk it can get. Also, put Yawn in place of HP Electric, you can phaze DD'ers that way and now you have Gyara covered anyway... Finally, on Lucario, you want Life Orb, you can sweep better that way. Hope I helped, good luck with the team:D!!

@Pimplup: Great advice and I fixed everything for the advice you listed except for Lucario. I want to have a team that doesn't have more than one of the same item and my Salamence already has Life Orb so that is why I just went with Muscle Band as my Lucario only knows physical typed moves and Muscle Band increases physical moves by 10%.

Yes, but isn't it better to be able to sweep and win then to regret your loss because of an item choice?? Lemme do some calcs to show you... Adamant Natured with one SD. Even with Jolly, the differences in damage will correspond.

Life Orb
Close Combat vs. max HP / Def Skarmory 84.4% - 99.7%
Close Combat vs. max HP / Def Bronzong: 95.2% - 100% (67% chance to OHKO)
Close Combat vs. max HP / Def Hippowdon: 75.7% - 89.3%
Close Combat vs. max HP / Def Forretress: 79.7% - 93.8%
Close Combat vs. max HP / Def Donphan: 82.0% - 96.9%
Crunch vs. max HP / Def Cresselia: 63.5% - 74.8%
Crunch vs. max HP Cresselia: 85.1% - 100% (2.6% chance to OHKO)
Crunch vs. max HP / Def Dusknoir: 88.4% - 100% (21% chance to OHKO)
Crunch vs. max HP / Def Celebi: 78.7% - 93.1%
Crunch vs. max HP / Def Rotom - Appliance: 100.0%

Now, the same calculations, but with Muscle Band.

Muscle Band

CC on Skarm: 700 Atk vs 416 Def & 334 HP (132 Base Power): (71.26% - 84.43%)
CC on Zong: 700 Atk vs 364 Def & 338 HP (132 Base Power): (80.77% - 95.27%)
CC on Donphan: 700 Atk vs 372 Def & 384 HP (132 Base Power): (69.53% - 82.03%)
Crunch on Cres: 700 Atk vs 303 Def & 444 HP (88 Base Power): (65.77% - 77.48%
Crunch on Noir: 700 Atk vs 405 Def & 294 HP (88 Base Power): (74.15% - 87.76%)
Crunch on Celebi: 700 Atk vs 328 Def & 404 HP (88 Base Power): (66.83% - 78.71%)
Crunch on Rotom-A: 700 Atk vs 344 Def & 304 HP (88 Base Power): (84.87% - 100.00%) 2.56% chance to OHKO w/o SR.

See the differences? That's why you should use Life Orb and not Muscle Band.

Oh, Okay. I will use Life orb then!

Edit: One more thing; I decided to use Focus Sash on Lucario because Lucario can't really take a hit... but if I go against a sort of bulky opponent, I Swords Dance when he activates the Sash and I sweep? Would that be a good idea?

I don't think so, because all of the calcs I did would be for naught. If you were holding a Focus Sash, you'd deal even less damage then before. So, if you want to prevent it from fainting, pit it against a Pokemon it can set up against. So, for example, bring it out on Empoleon. The opponent will get scared and switch, that's when you SD. Then proceed to sweep. So pretty much, you've gotta battle more, you'll learn to predict little by little, and it won't be too hard to sweep any more.

Ok, thanks then!

Also, I have been thinking that since Salamence has lower speed, should I try out a MixNite?

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 112 Atk / 196 SpA / 200 Spe
Nature: Rash
- Superpower
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
- Roost

Or a DDer Dragonite?

Dragonite @ Life Orb/ Lum Berry/ Yache Berry
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Fire Punch

I want to know if I should rather use Life Orb, Lum Berry or Yache Berry for Nite. If I go with Outrage, I should go with Lum Berry and if I don't go with Outrage, I don't know whether to use Life Orb or Yache Berry and if I just go with Outrage and decide I'm okay with Confusion, I still don't know whether to use Yache Berry or Life Orb!

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Please update the descriptions within this thread or it will be closed after 24 hours.
