You'll see that I don't rely on walls, more on attack power and speed. I also put together a team that can switch in on different attacks and absorb them (Kingdra, Metagross, and Latias especially).

Lead
Spr_4p_473_m.png

Adamant @ Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious
4 HP 252 Atk 252 Spd
-Stealth Rock
-Endeavor
-Earthquake
-Ice Shard

My trusty Mamoswine. He has been a fantastic lead for me. Stealth Rock first if the opponent's lead is going to setup as well. Then, depending on the lead, I can either Ice Shard for Aerodactyl (2HKO), Earthquake most other leads, Endeavor if the other lead is faster and brings me down to my Focus Sash, then Ice Shard to sweep them away, or I can switch out to another pokemon. The reason this works is because nobody suspects my Mamoswine to be faster than their lead.

Physical Sweepers
Spr_4p_392.png

Naive @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
4 HP 252 Atk 252 Spd
-HP Ice
-Vacuum Wave
-Fire Blast
-Close Combat

Again nobody suspects this moveset. I've heard before that Stealth Rock/Spikes ruin my Focus Sash but that doesn't worry me. Early in the battle, I use priority moves to sweep away unsuspecting pokemon with Mamoswine, Infernape, and Metagross. This has worked spectacularly for me. Also, I can still Endeavor after a Flare Blitz or two.
Edit: Maybe this new combination would work better against my Steel problems.

Spr_4d_376.png

Impish @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
112 HP 252 Atk 12 Def 132 Spd
-Rock Polish
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Explosion

A great switch-in to any physical sweeper w/o Earthquake, but even then still great. Again, I use a priority move. Earthquake is for other steels and Zen Headbutt is just a good STAB. Psych Up is for switching in on a Scizor, Gyrados, or Salamence and getting their +Atk and/or +Spd. Rock Polish is also a good move if I want to get ahead of my opponents. But I don't find it necessary since I use a strong STAB priority move.

Special Sweepers
Spr_4d_380.png

Timid @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
252 Spd 252 SpAtk 4 SpDef
-Recover
-Draco Meteor
-Dragon Pulse
-Surf

This hasn't been my favorite sweeper. Honestly, it's been a real let down. I expected it to win me as many battles as the other pokemon on my team, but it hasn't. But, it has been a great switch-in to just about any special attack. I can get in a Calm Mind or two and then sweep, but a good Blissey puts a stop to that. If someone suggest a better moveset/pokemon that fits the idea here then I'd be really happy.
Edit: Instead of Calm Mind, maybe switch around the EVs to power up Latias's SpAtk more and then rape with a STAB Draco Meteor?

Spr_4d_065_m.png

Timid @ Choice Specs
Ability: Synchronize
252 Spd 252 SpAtk 4 SpDef
-HP Fire
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Trick

Hands down my favorite revenge killer. Its the fastest specs user I know of that pulls this off effectively. I was thinking Choice Scarf when I saw the monstrous 552 SpAtk Stat and the 371 Spd Stat. The speed gets it past even max Spd Latias (but nobody suspects it to OHKO/2HKO with Shadow Ball).

Late Game Sweeper
Spr_4d_230_s.png

Jolly @ Life Orb
Ability: Sniper
4 HP 252 Atk 252 Spd
-Substitute
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Waterfall

After I've seen enough of my opponent's team, I send in Kingdra. Nothing stands in his way (except maybe Skarmory or Bronzong). I love sending in this beast to a pokemon that gets scared and runs away to a Toxic/Thunder Wave user. I just Substitute and Dragon Dance while my opponent tries to get through the Substitute. I can get in one or two Dragon Dances usually. Then rip through their team with Outrage or Waterfall.

I hope you enjoyed my team. This has been my first made OU team. It has gotten me a very respectful rating in my eyes and I hope you like my idea of surprise too.

Changes are in BOLD

I think I've battled this team, and I'll do my best to make it the best it could be. Mamo is a great lead, but not great enough, Endeavor is read by opponents right away. So, I suggest moving Metagross up and taking a lead set like this:

Metagross @ Occa Berry
Ability: Clear Body
Adamant Natured (+Atk, -SpA)
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe

~ Bullet Punch
~ Meteor Mash
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion

Great Anti-Lead, destroys Azelf and Aero, and then Explodes when it's done. So, the way this works on say Azelf, is Meteor Mash while they Taunt/Fire Blast/SR, and then Bullet Punch and faint them. Same goes for Aero. On Gross, I'd EQ first turn, then Meteor Mash, because they almost always switch. Anyways, moving on.

OK, Infernape, I like the creativity, but Focus Sash and Flare Blitz don't work. I would run Fire Punch>Flare Blitz, Fire Punch is the next best thing for a Poke like Infernape. Pretty good other than that.

OK, now, since Metagross is your lead, you need a spinner to save your Ape's ass. Since you already had a Ground Type in Mamo, it won't hurt to put in Donphan, plus it can check Dragons like Mence, which wreck your team pretty well otherwise.

Donphan @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Impish Natured (+Def, -SpA)
252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def

~ Rapid Spin
~ Earthquake
~ Ice Shard
~ Stealth Rock

Well, pretty standard, SR is there because Gross doesn't have it. Claydol is not mentioned simply because you already have to many Ghost weaks.

OR

Forretress @ Shed Shell
Ability: Sturdy
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)
252 HP / 112 Atk / 144 Def

~ Toxic Spikes / Spikes / Stealth Rock
~ Earthquake / Gyro Ball
~ Rapid Spin
~ Explosion

Can set up whatever Entry Hazard you want, and then the rest is yours to choose. Explode when done.

Going on to Latias, let's change the EV's. 148 HP / 108 SpA / 252 Spe. This is the spread you want. It will allow Latias to take 4 consecutive Seismic Tosses and survive, making it much easier to set up on Blissey. Then, change Surf to Refresh so you can beat Bliss in a Stall War. The rest of the team is fine, hope I helped.

Spr_4p_473_m.png

Adamant @ Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious
4 HP 252 Atk 252 Spd
-Stealth Rock
-Endeavor
-Earthquake
-Ice Shard

Consider Snow Cloak. You'll get a better working against Hail Teams as Snow Cloak increases your Evasion. Not much else to say here.

Spr_4p_392.png

Naive @ Focus Sash
Ability: Blaze
4 HP 252 Atk 252 Spd
-Fake Out
-Mach Punch
-Endeavor
-Flare Blitz

This probably won't work too much, seeing as you'll use this as an early game sweeper. Residual damage kills him, and seeing as early in the game, SR and Spikes are up, he won't stay for long. Consider LO MixApe or any sort of MixApe. Maybe even SD/NP Ape. This, from experience, only works when it's a lead: Fake Out, SR, Endeavor/CC, Fire Blast. If you want, make Ape lead and make Mamoswine CB.

Spr_4d_376.png

Impish @ Muscle Band
Ability: Clear Body
4 HP 252 Atk 252 Def
-Psych Up/Rock Polish
-Bullet Punch
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt

Rock Polish is a must when using this. Consider T-Punch/Explosion over Zen Headbutt. Also, I highly recommend Meteor Mash over Bullet Punch. If you're going to use a Speed Upping move, then Bullet Punch isn't worth the moveslot, not to mention that Meteor Mash could give you that random Attack Boost which could lead to a Metagross sweep.

Spr_4d_380.png

Timid @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
252 Spd 4 SpAtk 252 SpDef
-Recover
-Calm Mind
-Dragon Pulse
-Surf

Not much here, but consider higher SpA. With this, you probably won't be able to 2HKO Blissey, even with 6 Calm Minds, try 252 SpA/252 Spd/4 HP.

Spr_4d_065_m.png

Timid @ Choice Specs
Ability: Inner Focus
252 Spd 252 SpAtk 4 SpDef
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Grass Knot
-HP Fire

Consider Signal Beam over HP Fire, as it will hit Celebi harder. Although, Shadow Ball does a decent job. You could replace Shadow Ball with Focus Blast for those annoying Blisseys.

Spr_4d_230_s.png

Jolly @ Life Orb
Ability: Sniper
4 HP 252 Atk 252 Spd
-Substitute
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Waterfall

Consider Double Dance Kingdra here. Dragon Dance/Rain Dance/Outrage/Waterfall. This way, you can double your speed on the first turn (RD) then procede to DD then sweeping with Outrage and Waterfall. This will work best if you kill opposing Dragons off first, or else their Steels will wall you as you try to Outrage against their ReflectGross.

Good Luck.

-LB

I choose Mamoswine lead over Metagross because (while he does have good type coverage and access to Explosion and Meteor Mash) I just don't feel too comfortable with the fact that there are so many Metagross leads out there.

I also keep the Infernape because, as I said before, I like to rely on priority moves to tear through sweepers. However, maybe I was wrong with the Endeavor idea, so that can be changed.

Infernape:

Fake Out is generally a poor option on a non-lead pokemon. When you swap Infernape in, the opponent generally switches out. I would remove it for HP Ice, so Salamance cannot set up on you and outspeed your whole team. Your also better off replacing Mach Punch for Vacuum Wave, and changing your EVs to 64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe (taken from analysis). This means Fire Blast, HP Ice and Vacuum Wave will do as much damage as possible, whilst Close Combat will still OHKO Blissey, Tyranitar, Heatran and Snorlax. You still have enough Speed to outspeed speed boosting nature base 100s. Another major advantage of powering up SpA is that most Steels are weaker specially than defensively, and Fire Blast is the better move to use on them than Close Combat. Also, Fire Blast can be powered up by Blaze.

Metagross:

With Metagross, use Rock Polish. Psych Up is unreliable. Not only may you not find a chance to pick up stat gains, but those that can may find it more useful to just attack you - Salamance can Fire Blast before using DD, so I wouldn't wait for him to swap in before using Psych Up.

Your EVs are horrible. Have 112 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def / 132 Spe. After a Rock Polish, you outspeed speed boosting nature Scarf Heatran. HP EVs > Def to maximise Metagross' overall defensive potential, especially considering that his base HP is lower than both of his defenses. Finally, 12 Def is chosen over 124 HP so that you take minimum Life Orb damge (32 instead of 33).

If you're using Rock Polish, I would then replace Bullet Punch for Meteor Mash for more power, and Zen Headbutt for Explosion. Zen Headbutt has poor type coverage and will miss when you need it too. Explosion is a guaranteed OHKO on many many pokemon, and the ability to outspeed many pokemon and OHKO them thanks to Rock Polish is invaluable. it even has a chance of OHKOing Max HP/Def Cress (20.51% chance with no item boost).

Finally, Leftovers over Muscle Band, for Muscle Band gives an unnoticable boost in power, whilst Leftovers recovery always helps, especially in stall battles. Muscle Band is generally a bad item. There is no form of recovery on your team besides Latias' Recover, and you have three LO users, so your team will take damage quickly. Leftovers will help Metagross to be different from your team and keep his HP for longer.

Alakazam:

Alakazam needs Focus Blast in place of Grass Knot to OHKO Tyranitar and Weavile. Grass Knot is also begging for Alakazam to be raped by Scizor. If you're worried about Blissey walling Latias, I would replace HP Fire with Trick. This completely cripples Blissey and many other walls that can be problematic - Cresselia can cause your team troubles.

EDIT: Alakazam should have Synchronise in place of Inner Focus. There are very few moves used that can flinch a pokemon, especially one as fast as Alakazam. It is very unlikely that you will find Inner Focus useful in a fight. Synchronise allows Alakazam to absorb Toxic and Will o Wisp so they can be reflected back at the walls that abuse them and hate them, and will make people think twice before using Thunderwave on Alakazam such as Togekiss (who, when Paralysed, will be unable to flinch any pokemon on your team).

Kingdra:

Life Orb has poor synergy with Substitute - you'll drain away your Health very quickly, especially if you plan to prepare DD. Replace Life Orb with Leftovers. This will enable you to use Substitute and DD more often.

Great ideas darkness I loved them all (especially the Metagross Rock Polish, you really explained how well it works and why).

Decent enough Lead, not much to say there. Consider Stone Edge over Endeavor to hit Bronzong/Azelf/Aerodactyl harder than Ice Shard would. I am concerned that just about every other lead has the ability to deal you massive damage with a super effective Fire/Steel/Fighting move, however.

On Infernape, I second Fake Out being passed up. Mach Punch also seems fairly redundant, most things that outspeed Infernape (Salamence/Gyara after a DD, Azelf, Latias, Starmie) don't take too much damage from it, besides Tyranitar (who you will outspeed unless he is DD) or Weavile, who is rarely used. I suggest you switch him to a stat-up version. Either Swords Dance/Close Combat/Stone Edge/Fire Punch (or Blaze Kick or Flare Blitz, up to you) or Nasty Plot/Close Combat/Fire Blast/HP Ice or Grass Knot packs a ton of punch and is very hard to stop unless the opponent has a Starmie or Latias.

As for Metagross: Psych Up doesn't seem too worthwhile. Gyarados or Salamence will get to hit you with a Super effective +1 Earthquake before you can use it, which will often spell your death. And even after the Psych Up boost, a +1 Salamence will still outspeed you, meaning he gets a second hit. Rock Polish is a cool idea, but I'd change your set so that it's Meteor Mash/Earthquake/Fire Punch. Fire Punch allows you to hit Bronzong and Skarmory harder than Meteor Mash, which keeps them from walling you entirely. Alternaltey, Thunderpunch can allow for an OHKO on Gyarados, and Ice Punch can do the same for Salamence (which is great to revenge him if he's stuck on Outrage).

Latias: If you want to take advantage of Latias's Draco Meteor, I suggest switching his item to Specs and switching his first move to Trick. This will also allow you to better deal with Blissey.

Alakazam: With the predominance of Blissey, Tyranitar, and Scizor, I really wouldn't recommend using this thing at all. If you insist though, Psychic/Focus Blast/HP Fire/Trick is probably the best way to go. Focus Blast lets you OHKO Tyranitar, HP Fire lets you do the same to Scizor, and Trick takes care of Blissey. I am concerned, however, that it is basically just an inferior Latias. Consider changing this to something, anything else. Perhaps a more supportish Pokemon to help open up Kingdra for a sweep.

Kingdra: Looks good for an end-of game sweeper, but I feel like any turn you'd use Substitute would probably be better spent using Dragon Dance, unless your opponent tries to Status you. Consider making this the Bulkier Sleep Talk Kingdra (Rest/Sleep Talk/Dragon Dance/Outrage), as this thing can be a nightmare late game.

I made a mistake with Metagross' EVs. I included Def EVs for the purpose of avoiding LO damage when it doesn't have LO. Move those EVs to HP for better overall survivability.

Mamoswine should have Snow Cloak as an ability. This will rarely make a difference. However, I never see Attract or Pokemon with Cute Charm as an ability, but I have seen Abomasnow from time to time in play to set up Hail. You're more likely to benefit from 20% evasion in Hail than from an immunity to a condition you will never be affected by (and one that's removed by swapping out). It could save you from a Blizzard.

This team lacks speed without an initial boost. Salamence and Gyarados, after a DD, outspeed your whole tam and have an easy time sweeping your team. Metagross can take a Salamence Outrage, but it hates risking a Fire Blast / Earthquake thanks to its inferior speed, and it's forced to explode on Gyarados. I would replace Alakazam with this Jirachi:
Choice Scarf
Jolly
Iron Head
Ice Punch
Thunderpunch
U-turn
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

This Jirachi is an ideal revenge killer. It'll outspeed Scarfed base 100 speed pokemon unless they run max speed with a speed boosting nature. It resists Bullet Punch and Extremespeed, two moves that Alakazam hates. It is an ideal way of checking Gyarados and Salamence (I've never seen a speed-boosting Salamence with Max Speed). It hits them wih Thunderpunch and Ice Punch respectively. It makes a good switch-in to Salamence as it uses DD or Outrage. This Jirachi will only be OHKOed by +1 LO Adamant Gyara Waterfall 2.56% of the time with SR up, whilst Earthquake is becoming less and less popular with Gyarados. Iron Head is for STAB and 2HKOing Tyranitar. U-turn is chosen over Trick. It gives your team momentum and for scouting. It is recommended to use it the first time you send out Jirachi, for it is the only way that it can escape Magnezone should your opponent be reckless enough to immediately switch him in on you. Jirachi can come into play much easier than Alakazam thanks to better typing and defences and an SR resist, whilst Alakazam can't come in on any attack. Finally, Jirachi has no Pursuit weakness, and it's already bad enough that Latias has one. In fact, you have no Dark resist, but Jirachi and Metagross can survive a Tyranitar's CB Crunch, so in emergencies, they can come in and force him out.
