1st RMT

Hello All! And welcome to my first RMT! I've been lurking RMT for a couple of weeks now, and I finally decided to give it a go! All comments and suggestions are welcome, since this is my first team. On that note, allow me to begin.

Metagross:

Sucaberry
Adamant
251 Spe, 251 Att, 4 hp
Moveset:
Thunderpunch
Agility
Earthquake
Meteor Mash

Why?
I picked Metagross as a lead for a bunch of reasons, mostly because he's a BEAST, and because he's a favorite of one of the people who got me into pokemon, xexon. "So, why not give him a shot?" is basically my philosophy for this one seeing as how well he worked for xenon.

Heatran:

Leftovers
Timid
251 Spe, 251 SpA, 4 Sp.D
Moveset:
Substitute
Fire blast
Earth Power
Toxic

Why?
Yeah antimeta! I needed a counter for grass anyway, so why not pick one of the best metagame fire mons? There's not really much explanation, because this one should be clear.

Swampert:

Leftovers
Relaxed
Moveset:
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Ice beam
Surf

Why?
I picked swampert because I needed a fire counter, so I decided to pick one whose a tank with stealthrock. That's basically how I chose Swampert. Ice beam is also a nice bonus because it counters grass as a revenge

Flygon:

Choice scarf
Jolly
251 Spe, 251 Att, 4 Sp.D
Moveset:
Earthquake
Outrage
Thunder Punch
U Turn

Why?
I was looking up pokemon for revenge kills, and this one kept popping up, so seeing how it had good synergy with my team, I threw on my list.

Machamp:

Leftovers
Adamant
251 HP, 251 Att, 4 Sp.D
Moveset:
Payback
Dynamic Punch
Sleep Talk
Rest

Why?
I chose Machamp because I needed more pokemon to tank damage, so I picked him for his high Def and Att, and rest and sleep talk combined lets him tank longer, with the combined side bonus of switching into status givers. Basically, whenever I predict my opponent is going to go for giving me a status, I switch into him because when I rest it gets overrided anyway

Scizor: [/img]

Leftovers
Adamant
251 Att, 251 Def, 4 Sp.D
Moveset:
Bullet Punch
Swords Dance
U Turn
Roost

Why?
This is where I started to get confused. I couldn't really decide on a last pokemon so I threw in a BP+SD Scizor as a final sweeper seeing as how he's AWESOME with Swords dance. The Def is so he can swords dance up, and roost is so its all the more harder to take him down.

That's all for now! Feel free and encouraged to leave comments below of what you think I should add/remove, or if you think my teams lookin' good. I love (most of) you, and I hope you can all help me with my team.

First off, your EVs are messed up. 251 give you 1 less stat point than 252, so change all your 251's to 252.
Next, your Scizor shouldn't use the Def evs. If you want more bulk, 252 evs in HP will make Scizor more bulkier than if he had 252 Def EVS. I recommend this spread: 212 HP, 252 ATK, 44 Spe. This allows Scizor to outspeed no speed Skarmory and no speed base 70s. And if your're using SD, U-turn is not as great since you lose your boosts, so I recommend Brick Break or Superpower to hit Steel types that try to wall your BP.

And for your Metagross lead, I think the standard LeadGross would do better. Here's the set:

Metagross @ Lum Berry/Occa Berry
248 HP, 232 Atk, 28 Spe
Adamant Nature

- Stealth Rock
- Meteor Mash/Earthquake
- Bullet Punch
- Explosion

The item choice depends on your choice between Meteor Mash and EQ. If running EQ, use Occa berry so that you can now deal with FIre type leads, while Meteor mash should be used with Lum Berry to allow you to beat Machamp leads.

Since you now have SR on Gross, Swampert doesn't need it anymore, so you can test out different stuff on it and see what works best. Alternatively, you can just swap Swampert and Metagross's spots on the team and make Swampy your lead, but Swampert as a lead is meh at best.

Oh, and your Swampert is missing its EVs, so you might wanna fix that.

HOpe i helped, and GL
