Once upon a midnight dreary, a crow came to my door and started taunting me. Corviknight utilizes its typing and Pressure ability to stall out any foe without enough power to break through its defensive stats. Its solid Special Defense is bolstered by a Maranga Berry, which allows it to take multiple Psychic Noise uses from Choice Specs Primarina and solidifies its matchup against other special attackers such as Kyurem. Iron Defense leverages its monstrous physical bulk to take on most physical threats in the tier, enabling Corviknight to take two Close Combats from Choice Band Haxorus, while recovering any damage taken with Roost. Any setup user, like Iron Crown or Registeel, gets shut down by Taunt. Agility allows Corviknight to beat Encore + Disable Alolan Ninetales, Icy Wind Primarina, and Curse Pecharunt. Alternatively, Corviknight may choose to run Body Press, as the offensive move helps mitigate its chance of adverse effects occurring to it, such as critical hits across all matchups. Corviknight enjoys partners such as Dragapult and Garchomp that can cover for its weakness to Fire- and Electric-type foes.

Maranga Berry covers Corviknight's weakness to special attackers such as Primarina and Kyurem. With Iron Defense, it walls most physical threats as well, including Haxorus and Meowscarada, and recovers from damage with Roost. These 3 previous sentences are right, they're just not phrased in the most eye-catching way. could do with some edits calling corv something cool like "defensive behemoth / immovable object". I also think this is a rare instance where the EV spread might be a good framing device. Any setup user, like Iron Crown or Registeel, (comma) gets shut down by Taunt. Agility allows Corviknight to beat Encore + Disable Alolan Ninetales-Alola, Icy Wind Primarina, and Curse Pecharunt. Alternatively, Corviknight may choose to run Body Press, as the offensive move helps mitigate its chance of adverse effects, such as critical hits across all matchups and Icicle Crash flinches from Choice Band Chien-Pao getting crit by taking its opponent out quickly, and allows it to minimise the odds of losing due to a flinch by Chien Pao's Icicle Crash this is not a required change I just thought it sounded better, up to you. The EV Spread secures its matchup into Choice Specs Primarina, and two Close Combats from Choice Band Haxorus by using Iron Defense on the first turn. See the first comment, may be worth incorporating this into the opening sentences Corviknight enjoys partners like Landorus-Therian and Ursaluna that can handle the Fire- and Electric-types that threaten it. These are not the absolute most common partners for corv: for example in PL, garchomp + corv and zapdos + corv both were used 4 times (https://pokepast.es/af984f669f1ad4dc). chomp at the minimum should be mentioned if you're mentioning other grounds, it's been common and good next to corv through gens 8 and 9. Other potential good partner mentions include dragapult, raging bolt, and roaring moon for similar reasons to the ground guys if you have the character space

I will want a second look / conversation on discord mostly bc I gave subjective suggestions about writing style. the meaningful content was good as far as I can tell
