Jirachi is a major star performer in 1v1 thanks to its great bulk and access to a plethora of moves that allow it to beat its usual counters. Stored Power is Jirachi's only attacking move, but it goes well with Weakness Policy to beat Zygarde and Galarian Darmanitan. Calm Mind is useful to beat Special Attack boost Genesect and Sitrus Berry Volcanion. Encore is a great tool against stall Pokemon such as Galarian Corsola and Type:Null, Pokemon that lock into Counter such as Clefable, and setup attackers like Tapu Fini and Primarina to stop them in their tracks. Iron Defense is great against slower physical Pokemon like Landorus-T and Zygarde to tank an attack and drops these with Stored Power. Moonblast is an option over Iron Defense to beat Urshifu-S and Galarian Moltres. Jirachi needs partners that can threaten Ghost-type Pokemon so Urushifu-S and Arcanine go well with it. Jirachi loves Water-types like Tapu Fini and Primarina to beat Fire-types such as Arcanine, Volcarona, and Heatran.

Calm Mind is useful to beat Special Attack boost Genesect (there is no way Genesect gets its download boost, also it is banned.) and Sitrus Berry Volcanion. Encore is a great tool against stall Pokemon such as Galarian Corsola and Type: Null, Pokemon that lock into typically run Counter such as Clefable, and setup attackers like Tapu Fini and Primarina to stop them in their tracks. Moonblast is an option over Iron Defense to beat Urshifu-S (You don't beat Assault Vest and other sets can 50/50 with Sucker Punch and Wicked Blow) and Galarian Moltres (this matchup is a 50/50 at best, GMoltres has the SpDef to make it such). Jirachi needs partners that can threaten Dark- and (you are running a Pokemon that primarily does not run a move to hit Dark-Types, think this is worth mentioning. Also, adjust your examples with this in mind.) Ghost-type Pokemon so Urshifu-S and Arcanine go well with it. Jirachi loves Water-types like Tapu Fini and Primarina to beat Fire-types such as Arcanine, Volcarona, and Heatran.

Solid in premise, I think the main problem with it atm is the examples. Notify me when updated and I'll look over it again.
