Rules:

On Deadline & Match Completion
All players must complete their matches by Sunday, February 16th at 11:59pm -5. Any incomplete matches by that time will be subject to activity decision (MAKE SURE YOU POST ON YOUR OPPONENT'S VM WALL); otherwise, the game will be dead. NO Extensions will be granted.

On Substitutions & Lineups
Managers, if you wish to make any substitutions, you must post here tagging both the player you're subbing out, the player you're subbing in, the manager and assistant manager of the opposing team, the substitute's opponent, and at least one of lost heros , Heika , bea. This is to assure that everyone is in-the-loop and that the OP is updated accordingly to reflect the new match-up.
Managers, when you send in lineups, please send it in with the tier and Smogon username of each player fully written out for ease of transcription.

Although the words look as if they belong to a Pokémon tournament, you mentioned nothing here is about Pokémon. Instead, notice that the “team names” themselves seem to be a jumble of words. In particular, the right‐side “team” is called “Tapu Fini Tactics.”

In the first two parts you already uncovered that the bomb is hidden in an attic (“tactics” → “attic”) in Bern (from the lone username “bern”). Now the remaining puzzle is to extract the name of the Bern street from this final block:

it's a tough round of totally unbiased predicts, but considering gogoats tied spectres and spectres beat vuplixes and vulpixes beat finis, that can only mean that this outcome is accurate.

ggs, but fr tho, after choking 3 weeks in a row and just never improving at this tier, I don’t see myself playing this tier for the foreseeable future as it has done irreparable damage to my mental bruh, gl to everyone else still playing in the tour tho (and also sorry for letting my team down 3 weeks into dipping, I hope you win the whole tour)
