Will-O-Wisp provides positive matchups against various slower physical attackers like Azumarill, Iron Hands, Urshifu-R, and Annihilape and supercharges Hex against the likes of Corviknight and Magnezone. Rounding out the set, Calm Mind blasts past slower special attackers like most Volcanion, Choice Specs Iron Moth, and Enamorus. Spectrier struggles against Dark- and Normal-types such as Galarian Moltres, Choice Scarf Meowscarada, and Ursaluna, as well as specially defensive Pokemon like Regidrago, Volcarona, and Arcanine. With that in mind, consider using Spectrier with Sylveon, Speed Booster Energy Great Tusk, Azumarill, or Baxcalibur.

Will-O-Wisp gains creates i think this is what you mean; if not, you can also use provides/generates/other synonymous verbs if I get the meaning you're going for (open to discuss other options as well) positive matchups versus against subjective change; you can keep the original if you'd prefer various slower physical attackers like Azumarill, Iron Hands, Urshifu-R, and Annihilape (rc) and supercharges Hex against the likes of Corviknight and Magnezone.
