Introduction
Alright, this is my first competitive OU team and to make it more interesting, it is for doubles. Feel free to be as critical as you want because I want to get a really good idea of the changes that should be made.
First Glance

Alright, so not the most original team but it's my first one so try to give me some credit. Now for the explanation.

Smeargle@Focus Sash (Lv.1)
Nature: Hasty
EVs: None
Moves
Stealth Rock
Fake Out
Endeavador
Destiny Bond
Before you read this explanation, you may want to look at gengar too, seeing that those two enter in together at the beginning. Behold, Level 1 domination.
Smeargle starts off with fake out and having first priority and making a pokemon flinch,it will then disable one pokemon for that turn.
Even if the other pokemon attacks smeargle, its focus slash will hold him up. Gengar will then activate his trick room making smeargle go first for the next several turns. From here, Smeargle can become quite a nuisance with its Destiny Bond and Endeavador, seeing that it is just level 1. I am very fond of the move stealth rock for no particular reason and I want to get that out there as early as possible.

Gengar@Leftovers
Nature: Modest
EVs:252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves
Trick Room
Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Dream Eater
Alright, Gengar is starting off with Smeargle and puts up a Trick Room therefore allowing Smeargle to serve his purpose. From here, Gengar is pretty open with its moves. It can send a hypnosis over therefor slowing the other side down, deactivate trick room to let its speed EV's show, or just switch out all together. Maybe not a wall, but with Dream Eater and leftovers, it makes a pretty good stall, in my opinion.

Scizor@Leftovers
Nature: Jolly
EVs:252 Speed, 252 Defense, 4 HP
Moves
Baton Pass
Sword Dance
Agility
Slash
I think its move set speaks for itself but I might as well explain the procedure. This guy is meant to boost himself up with Sword Dance and Agility, and then Baton Pass to either Tyranitar, Metagross, and in some cases, Snorlax. It isn't meant to destroy and dominate but it certainly makes the runner up an awesome sweeper, not to mention the speed boost it provides.

Tyranitar@Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 speed
Moves
Crunch
Rockslide
Aqua Tail/Earthquake
Dragon Dance???
This is obviously the most undecided of all my pokemon. I love Tyranitar and its dominating attack, not to mention its Sandstorm. It has a lot of potential on my team and yet I can't get a good idea of what I should do with it. Crunch and Rockslide are pretty solid but I have an on going debate in my mind if I want to get an Earthquake in there for annoying steel types(cough cough jirachi/Scizor) Sorry just had to say that. Tyranitar gets pretty good attack boosts from Scizor's Baton Pass but assuming it doesn't, Dragon Dance would be pretty deadly. As I said, Crunch and Rockslide are solid but the last two moves are open for possibilities.

Metagross@Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack, 52 Speed, 204 HP
Moves
Meteor Mash
Explosion
Zen Headbutt
Psych Up
This is a pretty basic set for Metagross, except for the psych up. If you send him out with Scizor, he can pick up on Scizor's stats, and then Scizor can pass them on to Tyranitar or Snorlax. If you jump ahead a bit to look at Snorlax's moves, you will see his Belly Drum can easily be picked up by Metagross' Psych Up, giving him killer attack. And if I am on the verge of fainting, Explosion will finish things up for me.

Snorlax@Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 Attack
Moves
Belly Drum
Rest
Self Destruct
Body Slam/Giga Impact
You are probably all going to kill me for saying Giga Impact but it has 225 power with STAB and with Belly Drum, it could become a dangerous weapon. But you are all here to criticize me anyways so I really want to hear your opinions. As I said above, Belly Drum is not only there for Snorlax but also for Metagross, who gets killer attack without losing any health. I will fall back on Rest or, depending on my opponents, will go straight for another move to do some damage.
Alright, I am really new at this so I don't have a structure on how I built my party or anything so just feel free to make any changes.
