second volcanion
third hoopa
fourth mew (since may hasn't had a give away since 2010, and celebi just had the pokebank one)
Other guesses are something like in japan will come out where you can get pokemon through the pokemon tcg packs.
I am thinking we won't see Hoopa and Volcanion until the next movie comes out.
