As a reminder, teams will consist of 1 Pokemon from each category:

* Uber
* OU
* BL
* UU
* NFE
* UE


Teams to be submitted before your match, and no later than January 7th, 12AM EST. Once you have had your first match (or the 1-week deadline is up), your team is FINAL.

Got this up tonight, but I will only update the asterisks tomorrow sometime. Players may not battle until neither player has an asterisk.
 
I've submitted my team, hours ago.

And what is the procedure for changing teams inbetween matches? Every team in this competition has been made only for the purpose of this tourney, with no testing. People are bound to want to change a few things around after the first match, when they see what worked well and what didnt.

This is definatly going to be more of a team building exercise than anything else, and IMO the teams who can find a use for their UU, UE, and NFE pokemons will win.

Hmmm...you bring up a good point about the lack of testing...

Alright, as long as you keep me updated, you can change anything BUT your Pokemon choices.

You can't change the pokemon you want to use but you can change everything else (item, moves, etc.).

Like I could have a Choice Band Salamence one round and a Choice Specs one the next.

At least that's how I understand it.

Umm, I want to test out my team, but it can't be with anyone who's still in the tournament, obviously.

Does anyone here meet that description :S

EDIT: Good match. Taught me a lot. I'm feeling a bit better now that I know how to counter certain threats.
