In this tournament, every Pokemon, item, ability, and tutor/event move that was only available after the release of Pokebank is banned from this tournament, so no Latios, no Diancie, no Extreme Speed Dragonite, no Knock Off Bisharp, and anything else that wasn't available before Pokebank. With that said, this also means that anything available in ORAS is also banned, so no Adaptability Dragalge, no Gunk Shot Greninja, no Mega Slowbro, and so forth. Furthermore, Pokemon that were banned after Pokebank came out, such as Aegislash and Mega Mawile, will remain banned. And for reference's sake, a list of Pokemon unavailable before Pokebank are in this link: http://www.serebii.net/xy/unobtainable.shtml

This will be a standard XY OU tournament, best of 3.

The deadline for Round 2 is Wednesday, January 14th. VM your opponent asap so you can schedule for a good time and have your battles completed in a timely fashion. If you're unable to meet a deadline, then talk to me or your opponent. Please record your match or get confirmation from your opponent, as it makes it easier to confirm everything. Have fun!

dude had a sludge wave gengar which pissed me off cuz i had a chesnaught but whatever i didnt notice at the time cant be helped, ggs
 
Dude PM'd me in Portuguese on Friday, then said "I speak portuguese." On Saturday I told him I don't speak Portuguese so I didn't understand him, and asked him in English when he wanted to play. I haven't heard from him yet, I'll try sending him a VM today. Hopefully we can play soon.

EDIT: forgot to mention I VMd him last Wednesday asking him when he wanted to play and he never got back to me, then sent a PM on Friday.

Also what will happen with Greg from round 3? Will it be banned or not?

Greninja will remain unbanned for the entirety of this tournament.

What about you SOMALIA ? Can we fight today? i'll be free from 9PM to 11PM (GMT +1). Same disponibilities for the wednesday and thursday.
I will not connect friday 'coz of class + sports, but i'm free the week end too.
Do we fight on smogtours or on the official server? (y)
 
I don't use him, but imo, we can ban him from the tourwhen the Round 3 will start.

One of the rules in the OP is that Pokemon that were banned after Pokebank remain banned, and I want to stay true to that rule.
