In this tournament, every Pokemon, item, ability, and tutor/event move that was only available after the release of Pokebank is banned from this tournament, so no Latios, no Diancie, no Extreme Speed Dragonite, no Knock Off Bisharp, and anything else that wasn't available before Pokebank. With that said, this also means that anything available in ORAS is also banned, so no Adaptability Dragalge, no Gunk Shot Greninja, no Mega Slowbro, and so forth. Furthermore, Pokemon that were banned after Pokebank came out, such as Aegislash and Mega Mawile, will remain banned.
