Standings and Records

Rules
  • Follow all rules listed here.
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
  • Substitutions may be made after a week as started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
  • Post replays. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.
SM NFE will be played in the gen 7 OU format. The banlist and resources for this metagame can be found here.
ORAS NFE will be played in the gen 6 UU format. The banlist and resources for this metagame can be found here.
BW NFE will be played in the gen 5 Ubers format. The banlist and resources for this metagame can be found here.
DPP NFE will be played in the gen 4 UU format. The banlist and resources for this metagame can be found here.

Managers and Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring that their players do not bring illegal teams to their games. If a player brings an illegal team, the opposition are free to either take the win or offer a redo.
Regarding DPP NFE, if the game ends up as a draw due to both Pokemon fainting on the last turn (Explosion, Recoil, Status Damage etc) then another game must be played until someone wins. Teams can be changed for a rematch.

Hey, I thought the curse would only help us win the battles and the tour, but it is even tricking the hosts into giving us free wins...let's go Corsolas, the signs are already aligned for us to win this thing.

Morgrems have more proven SS, and spritzee ss would definitely be decided by how well mhills and TJ can do. For week1 I don't think predicting them seem fair to me although, in future weeks, they can get a lot better depending on how much they care.
Weird move putting stevy in oras and beauts in dpp but I'm guessing this is cause beauts did not want to play elle. luckily they are still favoured but would have been more favoured with beauts in oras and stevy in dpp.
Trusting evi and arctic noob to win but simbo is certainly capable of pulling an upset here. aesf vs cata is the most I'm looking forward to and slight edge to aesf on cata's activity grounds although aesf might not be that active either.

Although I predicted 5-3, I have a feeling we'll see atleast one of the spritzee slot beating the morgrems and this end in a draw.

stresh's winning slots are favoured heavily, and then we have daunt and splash as wild cards who might just be taken over by gray and atago in close one and then shing and dnb who are proven too much to predict against.

This should be a draw too the way I see it.

SS NFE: Bag of Trixx vs pdt - While I don't know either player too well, I like pdt's SS support more here and I think that from what I have seen, I think he's capable of playing at a more consistent high level
SS NFE: frisoeva vs Greybaum - I haven't seen either play too much NFE lately, but friso is the more established player and Quagg is kinda op when it comes to supporting tour players

SM NFE: Quagg vs Plas- Quagg is the SM NFE goat
ORAS NFE: gorex vs SparksBlade - While I think Sparks is very good, Quagg has more knowledge of the current ORAS metagame than anyone on the Corses and there's no way Quagg would let his simp lose w1
BW NFE: Fille vs Voltage - Idk for this one really but Voltage went 1-5 last year and iirc Fille did better than that soooooo
DPP NFE: HSOWA vs Toy Time King - TTK goated in DPP
Bo3: tlenit vs King Leo V - Genuinely a tossup imo but I think tlenit has the better old gens support here and I really cannot get a read on how well Leo will do in NFEPL, despite how well he's done this OMPL

SS NFE: Shing'n Streets vs OranBerryBlissey10 - Shing is gonna tryhard the f out of NFEPL after going 0-4 in NFE in OMPL, and I don't think Oran's usual anti-meta tricks will work on Shing that well.
SS NFE: Gray vs daunt vs - I don't really know for this one, Gray just won this WCoP and daunt vs plays LC (from what I've been told) which should help even this mu out due to having more experience in lower tiers. I'm gonna give Gray the slight edge
SS NFE: TeamCharm vs kythr - Kythr did very well this last OMPL and he has very good support in stresh + obb
SM NFE: Ren-chon vs Ninjadog - No idea, I don't know either well and both went evens last NFEPL
ORAS NFE: I want Atago to sit on me vs Splash - Atago performed well last NFEPL and I expect them to again
BW NFE: DnB vs Insult - DnB has more experience in this tier, giving them the upper-hand in a tier that Insult has no experience in. Both are very good and this is def a hype mu
DPP NFE: BloodAce vs shiloh - I want BA to win this one but shiloh is very strong. Def winnable for him though
Bo3: S1nn0hC0nfirm3d vs xavgb - I haven't really seen ho3n play NFE at a high level in a hot second, and stresh seems to have a bit of renewed interest in the tier after taking a bit of a break. I think that 3 games also gives stresh an advantage in that it weakens how effective some of ho3n's weird techs and cheesy HOs may be (ik this isn't 1 sentence but f u)

Deez Nuzleafs vs. Cursed Corsolas 4-3

SS NFE: Bag of Trixx vs pdt - 40-60% pdt is one very stronk howdy
SS NFE: frisoeva vs Greybaum - 60-40% I have a hunch Friso comes in very prepared and well, he is really good at this game
SS NFE: Xiri vs velvet - 55-45% two players who afaik havent played too much nfe. Seeing both closely in BLT, im giving the edge for deadlier timezone
SM NFE: Quagg vs Plas - 58-42% man... this ones close, but Im quite sure quagg is more up to date with SM. Plas probably slightly better player in general, but meta knowledges weights early weeks
ORAS NFE: gorex vs SparksBlade - 35-65% Seeing Gorex prep, this aint ending well. Man has one of the best timezones, but ugh! Sparks strong as well
BW NFE: Fille vs Voltage - 55-45% Would give bigger edge on Fille, but im not sure in which condition he will show to his game.
DPP NFE: HSOWA vs Toy Time King - 50-50%, man... this is dpp, never seen single game of neither of them in this tier. apparently ttk plays this actually good bit, but havent seen his games
Bo3: tlenit vs King Leo V - 45-55% I feel like King Leo comes prepped into this while his opponent been having pretty chill week. Maybe tlenit actually bothers to do something during sunday, but i wouldnt hold my breath. Favoring Leo here due to lack of motivation on home team.

Morgrem Freemans vs. Aperol Spritzee 4-4

SS NFE: Stareal vs Skysolo - 55-45% pretty interesting match up. Stareal had good ssnl run and skysolo is... well.. skysolo. Favoring Stareal here so Skysolo can prove me wrong
SS NFE: lepton vs TJ - 35-65% Lepton might be upcoming nfe player, but for now, TJ should walk over. Its early week and theres good bunch of teams to pass from skysolos end and TJ knows how to click knockoff. So, all in all, playing wisely TJ is on different page, Lepton could prove me wrong here a big time
SS NFE: Rav3 vs melancholy hills 60-40% Mr.Rav is interesting one. He keeps coming with good stuff and pilots the team well, but might blunder here and there. Looking forward a clean sixty minutes (or how long rugby games ever lasts) from Ravs end and this should be in bag.
SM NFE: aesf vs Catalystic - 70-30% Cant predict against Mr. 2-0 in this tour. Respective 5k buy to secure 1-0 lead for first two weeks.
ORAS NFE: CrazyStevy vs anime sans - 60-40% honestly, im not sure how to put this, but I have been told crazystevy is crazy good in old gens, so... I'll give him this one after a respective 20k pricetag
BW NFE: zeefable vs EviGaro - 45-55% I have heard Evi is BW queen. to be fair, im not sure of zeefables playing abilities. Cant recall seeing them playing before, so, therefore i must favor Evi as well here
DPP NFE: beauts vs Drud - 45-55% same than earlier set, its freaking DPP, BUT this time I know drud actually does well in DPPs and knows how to do the dirty. I rate Drud higher by playing abilities as well than his opponent here. What keeps it close is that Drud gets to play against mainer right away. Never seen neither of them play dpp nfe, but we will see how it turns out
Bo3: Simbo vs Monsareeasy - 40-60% Cant really go against Mr. Mons itself. He knows the tiers inside out and should be bringing this home.

The Wacky Thwackeys vs. Holy Hattremonies 2-4

SS NFE: Shing'n Streets vs OranBerryBlissey10 - 70-30% I heard shing does sheets. Shing is good at doing sheets. Sheet shing wins. Sheet shing wins by a good margin
SS NFE: Gray vs daunt - 60-40% I like Grays playing abilities a lot. Im a bit worried of how his team will end up looking, but its early tour. Shing has plenty of energy to carry all 4 slots. therefore Gray takes this home
SS NFE: TeamCharm vs kythr - 35-65% Its nfe experienced versus non nfe experienced. I had like to make it closer, but feel like Kythrs ability to click also thief instead only knock off shows here
SM NFE: Ren-chon vs Ninjadog - 50-50% Cant really decide this one. I like both players and afaik both should have experience as well. If i had to bold one, I probably would flip it to Renchon.
ORAS NFE: I want Atago to sit on me vs Splash - 45-55% Mr. Canada knows how to play, he wins slightly
BW NFE: DanisYSB vs Spacial - 50-50% absolutely no idea if neither of them have played this tier before. I know both of them have seen these mons before, but thats it. Let the !randpick decide this one
DPP NFE: BloodAce vs shiloh - 45-55% as long shiloh is passed a overall fine team, i like his odds winning this
Bo3: S1nn0hC0nfirm3d vs xavgb - 40-60% Well, its Xavgb... One of the best, if not best OM player. sinnoh been busy with his holiday might show in prep as well. not to mention about OMPL finals that Sinnoh is playing during sunday as well.

Apparently we got our first blood while i was writing this. Also, remember, these are for fun and not to get anybody pissed.
