Tournament Format:
SM 2v2 Doubles Z-Move Playtest Tournament is essentially a No Johns Swiss Tournament in [Gen 7] 2v2 Doubles with the addition of Z-Moves. This tournament serves as a means to playtest a Z-Move SM 2v2 Doubles after the Z-Move ban over 3 years ago, in light of recent pushes to unban it.

Tournament Rules:
  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • The banlist for this tournament is the same as the 2v2 Doubles ladder of the Smogon University server of Pokemon Showdown and can be found here.
  • Best of five, swiss-style tournament.
  • Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown!
  • Replays are required.
