2024 UM Circuit information.
The banlist for this tournament is the same as the NFE challenge format of the Smogon University server of Pokemon Showdown and can be found on the strategy dex.
Best of three, double elimination.
If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown! server or the SmogTours server.
S/V cartridge win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
Replays are required for all rounds to prevent disputes.
Activity calls will be made by the tournament hosts. Coin flips will be done publicly on PS, in the Unofficial Metagames room.
In the event that something is added to or removed from the SV NFE metagame in the middle of a round, that change will be in effect starting the next round.
The deadline for this round is August 25, 2024, 11:59 PM -4. Extensions will be granted if asked before August 23rd, 11:00 PM -4.

This round will be a round robin determining who will advance to grand finals (winners side) and semis (losers of the winners side, losers). To advance to grands, the player on the winner's side must win both of their sets to advance. If no player wins both their sets, another round on the winner's side will take place until a player on winner's side wins both their sets. The same logic also applies to loser's side: a player must win both their sets to advance, and another round will take place until a player from loser's side wins both their sets.
