- This tour is in the [GEN 9] National Dex Doubles format. The banlist for this tournament is the same as the [Gen 9] National Dex Doubles ladder on Smogon's simulator, Pokemon Showdown!, and can be found on the strategy dex.
- Every pairing will be a best-of-three; the bracket is single elimination. You may switch teams between games.
- Matches are to be played on Pokemon Showdown, on either the main server or the SmogTours server.
- SV win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
- To encourage metagame development, prevent disputed results, and ensure an even playing field, replays are mandatory for all matches.
- Activity calls will be made by one or both of the tournament hosts, potentially with neutral assistance from a Doubles OU or National Dex Forum Moderator. Coin flips will be done publicly on PS, in the National Dex Other Tiers room.
- Do not cheat. Cheating will result in a disqualification. Additional punishments may be applied as necessary. Cheating includes, but is not limited to:
- Signing up with more than one account
- Ghosting or being ghosted by another player (e.g. while playing a set, asking for advice about what team to bring or what plays to make)
- Manipulating match outcomes (e.g. throwing a match in exchange for Smogon likes, money, etc.)
- Do not harass or insult your opponents. We reserve the right to disqualify anyone breaking this rule. Additional punishments may be applied as necessary.

Format Rules
This format is played 6v6, at level 100. Anything released is able to be used, except for the listed Pokemon, Abilities, and Items listed below.
Battles are to be played in the "National Dex Doubles" format, available in the teambuilder as of 2023-05-22.
Play Restrictions:
Endless Battle Clause: Players cannot intentionally prevent an opponent from being able to end the game without forfeiting.
Species Clause: Players cannot use two Pokemon with the same Pokedex number on the same team.
OHKO Clause: Players cannot use the moves Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, or Sheer Cold.
Evasion Moves Clause: Players cannot use the moves Double Team or Minimize.
Gravity Sleep Clause: Sleep moves with below one hundred percent accuracy may not be used in conjunction with Gravity.

Players can use all the Pokemon in the National Dex except the following Pokemon:
