Welcome to the fourth edition of the 1v1 Multigen Seeded Tournament! This format has players playing each other in all 9 1v1 generations with a seeded format to try and ensure the most interesting fights are saved for the end. Players will receive their seed rankings by the seeding council of myself, DripLegend, bo_bobson27, neomon and bern, which will determine their opponents throughout the tournament.
Seeds once decided are final and no seed change requests will be entertained.

Once signups are finalised, the Seeding Council will assign rankings to each player based on their overall abilities in all gens of 1v1. Depending on signups the tournament will start off with a qualifying round with the top 32 seeds not having to play while the rest do, otherwise round 1 will start straightaway. The higher seed players will be matched with the lower seed players in Round 1 in either case. This tournament format tries to ensure that two top players don't end up facing each other early, and battles between two high ranking players are saved for later in the tour.

Tournament Rules are as follows:
- Standard Smogon clauses & tournament rules apply. They can be found here.
- Single Elimination.
- Bo9o1: Players will be playing a Best of 9 games in the SV / SS / SM / ORAS / BW / DPP / ADV / GSC / RBY 1v1 tiers. Tiers cannot be repeated within a single set.
- First game is SV 1v1, loser of the first game chooses the second tier. First one to win 5 games wins.
- Ghosting is forbidden in each round and any obvious or blatant cases will have their win forfeited.
- Matches are to be played on the main server or Smogtours server of Pokemon Showdown. Matches played on any other server must be replayed.
- Each round will last for 7 days, extentions will only be given when both players have made an active effort to schedule.
- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Replays are required, matches without replays will be coinflipped.
