SV: Tuthur vs asa - Tuthu's brings have been cooler as there's always been some sort of X factor to his teams which I like to see. He also cooked me (looking back he had pretty baller mu - weezing walling both my breakers, immunity to all my hazards and a way to force a tera on a mon that wasn't avalugg hisui), but the vibe i get from Tuthur's battling nowadays is that he doesn't care all that much. Perhaps a man with bigger fish to fry or Kobos to watch. asa has looked good in battles but nothing outstanding yet idt, she made some tempo wasting mistakes in her game against me. I think if she tryhards and builds her own team she'll win by virtue of wanting it more, but if Estra is sent to the mines to build multiple tiers again, then idk. asa's teams have been a bit uninspiring besides the venomoth terrain which is no longer legal. The amount of caring is probably about the same so very small player edge to asa with Tuthur having good chances to outcook and beat her.
SV: LettuceLeaf07 vs Michael Jordan - It's hard to weigh the strengths and weaknesses of these two next to each other so honestly I have no idea. I'm glad these new SV prospects have been getting wins, and I've played with both of them. My impressions are that lettuce is fairly mistake prone but aware of their winning cards, and MJ doesn't make as many mistakes but he doesn't really makes proactive plays either, just kinda goes with the flow.
SS: Toto vs 5gen - Toto takes this tour way more seriously than anyone else I've seen. Bro is salivating for random Oly games not even involving his team. I respect the tryhard culture tho. 5gen is chilling and probably just brings something he feels is cool. In fact I think 5gen might even have the upper hand at the end of the day but that's nothing a flinch+crit or two can't fix.
SM: sugar ovens vs MZ - Btboy should've waxed both of these guys but they both got away. BRUH! MZ beat btboy because he has good player intimidating aura that forced our choke. Sugar ovens beat btboy because btboy threw on purpose like he did last year vs totos.
ORAS: sleid vs estra - Honestly because of playing games with these 2 and 5gen in zupl, ORAS has probably become my favorite oldgen... I admit it! They're both gonna prep their lights out and I'm expecting a good game. Slightly leaning estra because I find him a little tougher to crack ingame, but when I play sleid im also playing vs his super prototype unfinished team so that may be a factor clouding my judgement.
BW: Monai vs skrimps - Monai is gonna keep farming SPL even tho I think his team is goobed, and skrimps is gonna keep farming bwzu. Both have been looking like the best player ever in their respective tournaments. skrimps has looked pretty beastmode in the games I've watched - however I think he would've lost to the great probos if we didn't choke...
DPP: Hubriz vs Plague - The Tyrants need Plague.
ADV: nebi vs Baoba - My ADVers say nebi is harder to prep for.
GSC: LustfulLice vs Aurist - I wanna bold aurist cause our [BEN] gsc player haxed him, but I think he's the kind of guy to get haxed again, especially with toto luck behind lice.
RBY: Maris Bonibell vs YBW - YBW haxed my guy iirc but its rby so idk.
