  • Follow all rules listed here.​
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.​
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.​

a few thoughts and predicts on SV after week 1 is over and we've seen the gamers game:

Camphrier Town Ladies (1) vs (2) Celestial Tower Tycoons
SV: vivalospride vs Nat very excited about this one and i hope they play at a viable time for me to catch. i'd had given the edge to nat before the tour started, but viv played a very dominant game vs fc and i found his team super cool. nat played her game vs finch super well too, so i'll just call this mu a 50-50 at this point in time. bolding viv cause he wished me a hbd.
SV: Mossy Sandwich vs umbry this game gets me just as excited to catch as the one above. i liked mossy's week 1 team more than anything else he's recently brought in uuwc and before that in scl. perfectly executed his gameplan vs lana and got the win, something that can only give him a boost coming into this big clash. before the tour started, i had a few doubts with regards to how ready umbry would be to face the other top players of the pool, due to not playing scl and uuwc. looks like building and playing test games was more than enough for her to maintain excellent form and put forth a serious candidacy for this tour's strongest SVer, after bringing a very cool team and winning the game vs lily, who i consider to be in her best shape at this point in time. naturally i will bold umbry for this match, due to beating a stronger opponent and an overall higher consistency.
SV: Bouff vs Kushalos this is the mu i find a bit more lopsided compared to the other 2. i think kush played a better w1 game, even if he lost due to a miss at the end. bouff didn't utilise their tera well and put themselves in a bad spot because of it. using an umbry team this week is out of question, so i hope that's gonna be a good chance for them to rely on their tour mates for help.

SV: etern vs Meru i would have bolded meru very quickly before this tour started, but the lack of cooking from their side makes me hesitant. they can surely do better than loading the same team as nat or someone else. etern on the other side brought his own team, featuring another enamorous ofc, and a life orb lokix (shiest alert) and played a good and close game vs kush. i will still bold meru cause i think they're a bit better and their game vs piyu was close. i no longer believe they can be dominant in this pool though.
SV: Lily vs Sabella another banger for this week. i hope we'll get to see new cooks from them, and once again strong gameplay. sab won a close one vs apple last week, but i still will bold lily here due to a crazy good consistency in uuwc and cirquit poffs.
SV: Finchinator vs avarice avarice got subbed in to play vs finch, instead of keeping chait in. i didn't like chait's w1 game at all, so props to the managers for making the sub. avarice is a very strong player with a good amount of familiarity with the tier. finch seemed very capable of piloting what was passed to him, so i'm expecting a very good game here. i'll bold avarice cause i think he's slightly favored, and he also wished me hbd.

SV: Kate vs Lana not much to say here, i think kate is a bit better and she surely has played the tier more.
SV: Don Eduardo vs clean what i saw from these 2 during w1 doesn't change my opinions of their gaming since before uupl, i expect pinga to win. although i wonder if pinga would like a bit more support, since he used one of punny's uuwc teams.
SV: JustFranco vs Fc this will probably be the closest of the games here, but franco is much more established in uu that he's hard not to bold.

Moomoo Farm Mysterious Sisters (1) vs (2) Mikan Island Monsters
SV: Piyu vs leng loi this is a game that's getting me way more excited than it originally would have, and there are 2 reasons behind it. [redacted] has been doing a great job supporting the mosters, and leng loi played a great game vs kate in w1 to a win. piyu also showed he's in great form by beating a farmer of the sheet. i expect a great game and i will bold piyu cause he's still the better player, even if marginally so. it's gonna be close.
SV: ThatOneApple vs 691 691 just beat franco with [redacted's] support, so i think it would be disrespectful not to bold him here. apple was pretty good himself so he should still put up a close fight.
SV: passion vs 3d now i am going to be disrespectful cause duality of man etc and bold 3d, just because he subbed in to beat a better player than passion's opponent. i found his game very strong, and if you have [redacted] for support and you can play vs the pinga like that, i think you have decent odds vs anyone. it's gonna be a super good game and this week's 96th banger game and i hope to catch it live.
